All of the neutral characters seem to have been put with the bad guys for the sake of that video. I don't think it really means anything.

I'm sort've disappointed that Shujinko is still alive. Oh well! That makes, from the way it looks, two Konquest characters that can now be playable in arcade mode.
I noticed Kano is shirtless in the battle video (sorry, observing the video a little bit to much here, lol).
Did anybody also noticed the temple being burned with fire? (around 52-54 second) More speculation about Blaze again. Plus, the graphics isnt in-game graphics. I guess that temple scene has something to do with the battle or the opening.

Me too. I'm betting the temple thing was from the opening movie we'll see or something similar. The battle scene I think was done just for this trailer to make us drool. lol

I was really blowed away by that video is it possible that this is what a lot of the mk community has been waiting for? old school mixed in with the new. Please let this be the mk i have been waiting for.I really want to see more of the game mechanics from ground to the air. Can you jump kick around again? Or just launch them than you have the ability to jump and follow up with pre-determined air-combo's. I really hope you have the freedom to do whatever and it is not just launch and follow up with one or two programmed button air combo's.Any way you look at it this has the feel of what got me into mortal to begin with.

Interesting that the renders used for Reptile, Liu Kang and Kung Lao are their Shaolin Monks ones. Maybe they're getting that look.

Reptile has his MKDA look. I saw him running, when the emphasis of the camera is on their legs, you can see Kira and then Reptile running far in the background.

Notice that Boon said "With our new parry feature", does this mean a proper parry system will be added aside from the breakers?
The best bit from the video was the way Stryker was stomping on Sheeva!
Priceless!
And did you see the guy holding his sword pointing forwards like a samurai? He was running near to Shinnok in the intro, who is he? The video was a bit too fast to make him out, but I swear it was "Bob".
Did you also notice the in-game screenshot with Bob and Shinnok? Ahhhh...

It's a parry button. There's a thread further down the page about it.

At what seconds?

Is around 25 seconds. Right after Kintaro, then the emphasis of the camera goes to the side and you see some legs. Then you see Kira running and far in the background there is Reptile running you can see his long tail.

I noticed Reptile also. I actually sorta happy, because i like his MKDA costume. THe cool thing is is that i think i found Noob Saibot in the trailer. At 27 seconds, right before it switches to a shot of the Hero's, you can see him next to Shang Tsung, between Quan Chi and Kabal. I'm not entirely sure if thats Noob, but i can't think of anyone else who weres all black. At 22 seconds, at the exact moment Rain passes Kintaro, you can see soemone who looks like Mavado. And at the same part where you can see Noob, you can see someone right behind Quan Chi. Not sure who it is though. It might be Mavado though.

Yeah Ive managed to see Reptile's tail. I love this verion of Reptile, much better than the Ninja look.
And reptilefanatic, Yeah noob Saibot can be seen in the trailer running alongside Shang Tsung. If you look closely just before that you can see Nitara too (is her wings you make out just behind Kira).
