IGN has released a new video in what could possibly become a weekly tradition leading up to the release of Mortal Kombat: Armageddon on the Wii console. Entiled "Fighter Of The Wiik", the video showcases newcomer Daegon in much the same way as the character trading kards did for other characters throughout the previous two main franchise releases. Commentary from MK team members Steve Beran, John Vogel, Ed Boon and others is featured during the video. Notes include information regarding Daegon's name, character design and the defensive nature of his special moves. Afterwards, a new segment is added with executive producer Shaun Himmerick demonstrating how to perform all four of Daegon's special moves using the Wii controller.
