Round Robin, just say everyone gets a turn to take out the "king" or current winner, then gets replaced by whoever beats him and the same assembly goes, everyone gets a shot etc.

It's a lot of fun.

Single Elimination would be awesome too like a tournament style say up to 6-8 players brackets, that would be good too honestly.

Yeah, they have different modes in different MK's.

MK:D-Standard MK Kombat mode one on one
Chess Kombat where you chose 5 different guys against another guy online(only thing with this mode online is that it's VERY long....)
Puzzle Kombat also was online-you play someone else in the puzzle mode, pretty fun.

UMK3(360 version)-You can play either one on one or the round robin option which has up to 4 players total in one room, awesome mode I have to admit.


MK:A-Standard MK Kombat mode one on one(with or without KAK option)
Motor Kombat-You race against up to 7 other players in one race total of 8.

We haven't had this mode yet in a newer MK game.

Really, we do not need a 2d function in there. If we need to jump straight up maybe you should just have to press right trigger + Up. It should be universal for both analog and dpad.

But for me It's an amazing ability. Reminds me of how Martinan Manhunter can Shapeshift or go into his original Human appearence. OR, Like in X3 when Leech touched Beast hand and made him see his true form.

I think being able to Shapeshift / Morph into your alter / true appearance is one of the most amazing Abilities a superhero can have. Superman is great don't get me wrong, But I love CM because he shares that common gift with the Manhunter who btw, is Like my childhood Idol of DC Comics.

Having CM in this game means a great deal for me as a fan of comics in general. There's not to many games where a Cool/Underrated superhero gets to be in a game. If only his first and last in anygame. I'm glad it was something involved with Fighting and MK.

This game alone, is one of the reasons, I prayed X-Men Next Dimension would make a sequal. They added people like Toad, Blob, Forge, Bastion, & Havok. These are the kinds of characters who make no real Impact much these days. But still apply to the hardcore fans of them. Any game can go all out with the most popular of characters. But any game that can offer a character like CM or Martian Manhunter is a game I'm all about. That's how I look at it from a Fan perspective.
