Just a thought and I'm sure it's not, but I wonder if the 'Arcade version of MK1' is gonna be online?

Who doesn't have every game and revision of every Mortal Kombat for MAME.

And you dont know what the history disk is gonna have on it. Nor will you have the limited edition card or the 15 character video.

So Deception comes out a week earlier both on XBOX and PS 2. Why are people complaining that they dont have a PS 2? It clearly says its coming out for both on October 4th.

I made that comment because I have a Game Cube only, and it seems as though MK:D is only coming out for the PS2 and the X-Box, and I'd rather get the PS2.

This is a great deal!

The first Mortal Kombat was my favorite game, I am definitley going to buy the collector's edition.

I wonder what the extra 15 character video is? Do you think it goes in depth on the history of 15 characters from Mortal Kombat?

If anyone remebers the arcade KILLER INSTINCT game, they probably remember several cinematic vids of KI's characters. Maybe these 15 character vids are similiar to that.

This is pretty cool, but I always hate "collector edition" items of anything before they even become collector items.

It is just a marketing ploy to get people to pay a little extra for something that does not cost much more. Things liek this never become collector's items anyway no matter what it is. Usually so many people buy it that the value goes down on it.

They're 15 character video bio's. They're probably bio's for the characters that have been out of the MK Universe for a while. And if you're wondering how I know they are Bio's... well, it say's, "An ADDTIONAL 15 character video's". Now, if you go to Game Stop's website and go to the MK:Deception page, look under FEATURES. It say's 10 Character Video Bio's. So... the 15 have got to be in addition to that, right? It would be awesome to see what some of the old cast has been up to. I can't wait for this damn game!!! furious

Since MK:D is gonna be online I wonder if the collectors edition version of MK1 will be online. That would make me want to buy it more. Otherwise its probably gonna be one of those things that you watch once and after MAT2 comes out you put it on a shelf and thats where it stays. Does anyone know if MAT2 is gonna be online?

My local Gamestop said something about an MKD Collector's Edition. So maybe it will be out there. One thing's for sure, I'm getting this instead of the regular. It's worth the extra ten bucks for MK1 and the history of MK.
