At least we got to see one of Sindel's fatalities in its entirety. Other than that...yeah, they were pretty pointless. :)

well at least Kitana is mentioned in 2 Bios already, which means she has a part in the story. Gives us a 1% chance maybe after you beat it with Sindel she becomes a unlockable secret character.

WTF happened the first time, then? 0_o Or was that not part of the "actual storyline." Perhaps, just "that" part wasn't, eh. Yeah, MK, REALLY GOOD story telling, lol.

No. Ther first time, he simply relinquished his Elder God status, so his Elder God powers were taken away. Nothing flashy, nothing brilliant, just a god being stripped of his earned power by another.

This time, he released it in the form of a weapon, in order to destroy the Dragon King. It didn't work, so now, I'm assuming that he's now mortal, without even his power as a Thunder God. Which is extremely lame, imo.

Raiden without his Thunder Powers = "Dead" Character...

The blast Raiden released was ethereal? The Dragon King is now very physical. Either the Midway guys don't know what the hell they're talking about, or Raiden made a mistake, because I don't know what the hell is going on...

Mileena - The Key player? THE deceiver? Very interesting, and here I thought she would try to go good...
Baraka - GOOD?! Is it possible? Baraka is the only one who knows of her deception, and the FMV shows them fighting. Sure the FMV is probably just a show-off teaser vid, but what if Baraka, while probably not Good, has taken a neutral stance?
Raiden - DEAD? Seems that way...
Sindel - As I predicted in my 'Character Story Speculation Thread', she's searching for Kitana with the help of Jade. Go me.

Wow, this news is so cool! My number one favourite gets a great story line (Mileena!!!), and confirmation that there will be another playbale female (Jade) is exciting too. On Sindels profile it says Tanya is a foe, so it looks like there will be at least two bad girls! YAY!!!
