I knew Mileena was going to be one of the big deceptions in this game. But her impersonating Kitana is such a good idea and I didn't see it coming.

First of all it doesn't say that Raiden dies. Second of all this doesn't yet mean that the person in that screenshot, is in fact Jade. Remember Tanya is confirmed and just because Jade is confirmed now, doesn't mean it's her.

in Raidens profile it mentions Shinnok?? does that mean and also in Raidens profile it doesnt Mention Shao Kahn this confusing

The IGN Bio showed a pic of Raiden next to it, supposely in his MK:D outfit. Similiar to his MK:DA one, but the gloves are a different color and we don't see his cape.

Oh you mean that one, thanks. I thought there was another screen or something that I missed. I see the changes on his clothes and his bio now so I think he will be playable. Why else would they make up a bio and changes to that character, they never done that before with characters that aren’t playable.

I think that perhaps the real Jade is imprisoned, like in that stage, while Tanya is posing as Jade to deceive Sindel, so perhaps Tanya is also sided with the Dragon King.

Sindel's MKD fatality looks crap so far.

finally we start getting more news and story on mkd.....i hope this profile shown are apart of the video that comes with the collector's edition....and it seems like kitana is evil cause she is under the control of the dragon king.... according to sindel's bio

That's Excatly what I was thinking. Tanya is posing as Jade, because you can't deny that Jade appears in the prison stage IMO. I think The Dragon King has an intense interest in Edina and that he wants to get the royalty out of the way. I think Kitana and Jade have been captured and Tanya and Mileena are posers. Baraka I'm still not sure on (possibly working for a not dead Shao Khan? Raiden's bio does use the statement "Sacrific himself" which suggests an opening credit death?!?! Anyway that's just my thought on what we've seen in the Bios.

Raiden didn't die. He used up all his power to try and stop the DK, but it failed. So by doing that he became ...mortal??

For me, Raiden without his god powers (no more thunder attacks) is a "dead" character...

I AM SOO HAPPY JADE IS GONNA BE IN THE GAME

Subzero controls cold but he isnt a god.
So with that logic, Raiden could still control lightining.

The bio says Rayden sacrificied ''himself'', not his powers. I certainly hope he's dead. So he can return in MK7! Just like how Liu died in DA and is now returning for chapter 6.

Hmm...but couldn't that screen shot have been just a beta version? Maybe they decided to put Jade in after they designed some of the stages.
