Baraka belongs to the mutant race of the wastelands of Outworld, they once served Kahn.

Reptile belongs to an extinct race Called Zatterians. They once existed in their own realm but were obliterated by Shao Kahn who then took Reptile in and made him Shang Tsung's body guard. It is unknown if the Zatterians had any prior relation to the Dragon King but judging by Reptile's MKDA they probably had a significant relationship.

I think thatd be cool if an army of barakas played into the story somehow; like over through Kahn and took on the dragon kings army...that could be the ending movie to the game once you beat the game with all characters...it could play as an intro lead to MK7...haha maybe im thinking too much

There is one more of Reptile's race still left. Unless they breed, they will be the last.

I'm not to sure, but Khameleon is probably still alive and she was part of reptiles race.

As for baraka, i think it would be awesome to see him be the leader of his army of nomads. There vicious, mean, and hidious. I would love to see his clan fight with another clan, like the oni's or vampires.

Sounds like a good idea but knowing Baraka's history he is more likely to serve the Dragon King and then betray him when all opponents have been dealt with. But I can definitely see a mutant uprising with Baraka as the leader.

As for Reptile, it could be possible his race is an offshot of the Dragon Kings race. Prably not but jus a thought.

According to the original story, I beleive Reptile's race of Raptors were originally Earthrealm creatures, but they fled when the war between Shinnok and Raiden took place. Then when Shao Kahn came to power and took over Zaterra, where the Raptors fled to, he basically enslaved or murdered all of his race

But, since Reptile is essentially a vessel for the Dragon King now, he probably no longer cares about his race as much as he did in previous MK games.

Thats a possibility also. We'll just have to see how MKD unfolds.
