If you only use bo rai cho to win your battles, you will never know if the other characters are off any use unless you are a lazy guy and prefere a easy win. At least when i choose for example sub zero and win against bo i feel happy about myself for achiving such a task, its much more rewarding trust me and the loser is amazed that he lost against the iceman or any other opponent using a dumb and fat bo.

Anyway, statistically Bo is the best, but it really depends on the user.

I'm saying that if a character is repulsive a first sight, people will automaticly declare it a piece of shit regardless of it's storyline, power or anything else worth mentioning. Like it or not, Bo has one of the most solidest plotlines in MK, and is far more complex than the mere drunken master prototype.

To me you could be good with anyone. I see it as the reason you wouldnt want to play them is because they're boring or you just dont like them. Personally to me Bo is good cuz I can play him well and any good online play would never say Bo is cheap.

Oh ok...Well, this is about gameplay, not story or character concept. When it comes to his story, I think it went in the right direction and I think there's more depth to him now than before. I'm not saying he's one of my favorite characters, but I think he's a character who I feel has improved.

When it comes to story, that's your opinion.
When it comes to gameplay on the other hand, that's where I feel you're mistaken because playing him at his best only requires two moves: F + 3 in his Jojutsu style which is pretty safe and if it hits, it guarantees a free throw thus why the other move is the throw. It's these 2 moves that are the main reason why he's the best in the game in terms of gameplay.
If you don't believe that he's the best in terms of gameplay, ask others like Konqrr, bleed, etc. They'll tell you just about the same thing. This isn't about a popularity contest. It's about who is the best when they are at their best.

Bo Rai Cho has an infinite off of any f+3 or throw. They guess wrong once, round over...

I like what sindel has to say about him, always something about him sucking. HAHA, man, I don't think he sucks but I can never enjoy the feel of mortal kombat when I'm controlling a fat, farting, puking and slow character. Whoever feels great for defeating him should be ashamed of themselves, lol, I aint ever been defeated by that fatty. I think Bo Rai Cho is a great character to play with and has some good moves but i wouldn't say he was the best character but he'd surely be up there with my top. (All gameplay wise)
And as Chrome said, he does have a very stable storyline, i think he could stay in the MK series for a long time, kind of like a farther figger.

Bo Rai CHo is not the best. Here is why. all you need to do to beat that gay ass F3 glitchis get dairou and do this:
step1:Teleport
step2: dash back a few times
step3:fireball (will be blocked 9 out of 10 times)
step4:immediatley buffer TS drop.
step5: Swith to Sword and go 1,1, f3
step6:Repat steps 3-5 untill dead fat ass.
