Ive never even heard that before. In kintaros mkt bio it says that he is stronger and faster than his PREDECESSOR. Dont you think it would say father instead of predecessor if he was his son?

unless Goro banged a cat, Kintaro isn't his son. Kintaro heard about Goro's supposed death and took his place as general. therein lies their only relation besides the fact that they are shokan.

The responsiblity for providing evidence that Kintaro is Goro's son lays on you. If you cant and there is no reason to think otherwise, Kintaro is not Goro's son.

Kintaro is Goro's cousin according to the Malibu comics, which followed the MK storyline pretty close IMO. Other things I have seen elseware:

Goro has a cousin, Kintaro. (Source: Comics)
Goro has a brother, Durak (source: MK:The Journey Begins)
Sheeva is Goro's daughter (Source: I thought I saw this in a MK game, but I tried to find it and failed)
Goro has 7 wifes. (Source: can't remember where I read this)

In the mortal kombat movie dvd, Goro's bio said he had 200 wives, and Sheeva isn't Goro's daughter, is she?

I dont think the comics are official, there are things in the comics that is contridictory to each other. Such as Scorpion working for Shao Kahn.

By the way the Goro having 7 wives comes from the warrior profile that can be found in the instruction manuals and the MK1 comic book. I think it should be official.

In between MKI and MKII Goro never comes back and Gorbak thinks that he is dead. So he appoints Kintaro, Goros predecesor, as the new Shokan General. It would have stated that it was his grandson/nephew etc. that he appointed to be the general. There Kintaro is in any way related to Goro.
