I was just looking at the vid. And if it is not Noob or Smoke. the only possible way it can be Liu Kang is if he is a zombie like figure like how Raiden is.

They only said that he was returning as a ghost and a zombie. They never said whether he was playable, if he'd be a boss, if he was a hidden challenger (like Smoke/Jade in MK2), thus not playable.
However, if the character in the vid really is him, then it's highly likely he would be playable! Horray!!!!
But I wish they'd post a pic or render of him! Sigh!

I never assumed that Liu wouldn't be playable. But now you've got me worried! I want to hear those turkey cries again! :D

I've watched this video over and over again. It kinda looks like Fujin to me, but I doubt it.
