From what ive seen from MK vs DC it looks cool, thr graphics are good and the fighting looks smooth. But What of the story? I understand wat the MK team was trying to do, they didnt want the same thing again becuase ppl were getting bore so they wanted to do something extremly unexpected. However, the characters from DC dont really match up with MK. I think that the closest thing to a mk character in DC is batman because he knows martial arts and has a dark past. None of the personalities match up. ( correct me if im wrong im not a big DC fan)
In Addition how would they balance the characters? HOw would somone like baraka (hes probably gone but what if) hurt superman? unless baraka has some kryptonite in his blades he cant do much. Boon may have explained that superman is weak against magic but not all characters use magic. I think that ppl will only buy the game out of shear curiosity i know i will, but i think that the story wont flow well. ANd to me the story was the thing i loved most about mk

Rants go Here bro. As for your comment. I think this could be a very postive game for the series. Defiantly show off it's creative side. Something most fighting games lack, is depth. This could be the start of things to come. And I know alot of MK fans loved the fighting aspect. But surely there are other fighting games to play. I know this isn't a game i hope takes over MK forever. But It's defiantly something to spark fans interest who are heavily involved in comics and fighting.

And that's just it, my man. No one will ever see 20/20 vision the same, if ya catch my drift lol.

Sorry CO, but this technically counts as a rant; not all rants are anger-fuelled. This focuses on one of the main concepts that people rant about; the DC and MK characters not being compatible together and the difficulty of a plausible storyline to tie them together. Feel free to add what you wrote here to the thread that MINION gave you the link to.
