I think both should be in Deception. Jade's a good fighter and I love her with the staff (its a great weapon). I just wish that she would have a outfit that's totally different looking from the other female ninjas. I'm getting tired of seeing the female ninjas with the same outfit, but in different colors. It's getting old!!! Sareena, I think is cool and she would definitely be a great addition to Deception. I like the feud she has with Sub-Zero, make her even more interesting.

Alright well Sareena is already a bad guy I mean shes part of TBHS which is Noobs clan. There's no reason to think that they'd make her good, there has to be an alterior motive to her helping subzero. And secondly to dragon_queer welcome and goodbye for with the attitude you're showing right now I doubt you'll be around for long.

All we know for certain about Sareena's motives is that she wanted to escape the Netherealm and was apparantly desperate enough to sacrifice her life to do it. So, I make the assumption that she hated the Netherealm and probably hated being in the Brotherhood of the Shadow.
In my opinion, having Sareena, who is a soulless demon assassin from the Netherealm genuinely try to turn good is a much more interesting story than having her turn out to be, guess what, evil.
And say she does turn evil, what for? To get the Dragon Medallion, just like Frost? Is she just a traitorous bitch, just like Tanya? Will she whore herself to any bad guy who'd accept her, just like Mileena?
If anyone can think of something worth while that Sareena could do as an evil character, I'm willing to hear it, because honestly, I can't see her doing anything Frost, Tanya, Mileena, or Nitara could do. And better. I personally see more potential in her turning good.

I once read an interview about a writer who was talking about a character he created and he explained why he made the character into a good guy and not a bad guy. He said "I figured I could make him a bad guy and get one, maybe two good stories out of him. Or I could make him a good guy and get dozens of good stories."
That's how I see Sareena right now. Turn her evil, we might get one or two possibly good stories out of her. Turn her good, and I think she could go very far.

Jade was cool but with mileena, tanya, li mei, sindel, she won't have a selection of moves to call hers that would be unique.

Sareena had some awesome attacks in myth.
