I wasnt much into jax, i dont think he should return. I think its time one of the special forces warriors die.

But if Jax does return in deception, i would give him a boxing style just like you said fireblade. The metal arms are getting out of style.

JAx adds flaver to the mix...i loved him in DA, with his street slang ghetto talk like "aww eyah" and "thast what im takling about" besides, the game has to be politically correct right? I hope hes included in the lineup for deception, and i hope he is equipped with a hammer! a big hammer!

Jax is very cool. I like him. He should have a change in his story. But he is cool.

Back in the day, I didn't like Jax, but I'm growing more and more attached to him. I agree the metal arms should go, but not the character. I think he would be a good addition to the game. I would like to see him back.

Yes if only if they made major changes to that thing that used to be the respectable Major jackson Briggs. I guess the guys at midway thought making him that way for DA would be pretty funny...it sickened me. I used to like him in mk2, and even mk3, but after I saw that second costume, and the gun on his back, and those stupid comments he made during the fights I nearly returned the game.If they bring him back, they better make him a serious character to make up for that insult of a joke fighter.

I wouldn't count on Jax not being in Deception. He does add flavor to the mix. MK is so fantasy like sometimes and Jax adds a new dimension to it. After all, he is from Earthrealm and from America so of course he would have that bad-ass attitude. I think people just want to see fast martial arts ninja's and sorcerers and outworldly creatures. That's not what MK is all about. Jax should keep his arms, it's his signature item, just like Scorpion has the spear. Would you like it if Ed Boon made it so Scorpion couldn't use his spear anymore....I didn't think so. Some people would say "get over here" is old.

Yeah, I totally agree. The metal arms were really, really dumb. The whole hip-hop/ghetto thing they introduced in MKDA is just as dumb, IMO... I'd like him to be in MKD, but I wish he'd more of a serious character. He's pretty much a joke in MKDA, as far as I'm concerned.

He's from current American times, that's how a lot of people(not just black) talk nowadays. IMHO, Jax is underrated. He's probably one of the strongest characters story-wise in MK. Because he's so big and has those metal arms that can rip hearts out(Hsu Hao anyone). People just haven't given him a chance. I will admit, he not one of the easiest characters to use, but he's still cool.

I don't have a problem with the alt costume, but I think the machine gun was dumb in the sense that you could use it throughout the whole fight and they wouldn't die. They should've made it his fatality instead of an in-game weapon. Their damn bullets for crying out loud, should've been putting holes in people.
