Kabal's alignment: Possible Deception
| Grimm Wrote: TemperaryUserName Wrote: As much as I would like this theory to end up being true, I understand it's extremely unlikely. But what can I say, I'm a dreamer. My theory is that Kabal is merely assembling the Black Dragon under the notion of becomming the strongest criminal establishment in the world, when he's really just trying to create a temp army(no pun intended) that will decimate the Red Dragon, and thereafter he'll hand this "Reformed Black Dragon" right into the hands of the special forces. The reason he sent Kira to fight in the outworld was so that she would be oblivious to his clandestine alterior motives. Hell, he probably took kind to her "disciplined nature" because she would be easier to control/manipulate. Ah, the beauty of copy/pasting my old posts. Ah... Thoughts? Your theory, while highly possible, is not what I had in mind. My theory is that he reformed the Black Dragon to take down Mavado and the rest of the Red Dragon. Kabal would want revenge after Mavado tried to kill him. Then maybe after Mavado and the rest of the Red Dragon members are dead, then maybe they will turn to crime and stuff. That's one of my theories... Another theory is that Kabal, while being good, and Kira, while being bad, both wanted to take down the Dragon King, and they figured that the easiest way to take him down would be to work together. Raiden was good and worked with Shang Tsung and Quan Chi, and they happen to be evil. So you never really know. Well, not until we see the bio or buy the game. |
I like those 2 theories the best. I mean if Ermac can do a 360 even though he is not just one person, then Kabal can easily do a 360 and be evil.

Nice Theory! It would be a great deception!
