This may be old news, but I only just noticed this (sorry) - Kenshi has a picture of a red dragon on his primary outfit. Any significance?

Yeah we all know he's not a member of the red dragon, but why the picture of a red dragon on his primary outfit?
Perhaps they intended to design him as a red dragon member, then decided not to.
