Kenshi training in Earthrealm

I have trouble with the special moves part of the Kenshi training in earthrealm. I never manage to pull off the tele-throw. Any ideas?

Try knocking your enemy into the and then do the tele-kinetik slam while your enemy is in the air.I had this problem too.
