Mileena is the best of the two. No doubt about that. She has so much potential going on, specially now!

Kitana did beat the character in the previous game (Mk2, we are not sure if their MKG endings really happened, but maybe the one of Kitana did) but look at Mileena now. It’s like, the new generation of wicked female ninjas.

Gameplay wise, she was the best in Mk2, Top Tier, and she was better then Kitana in MkU-T. In MKG I think Kitana was better, but in MKD, Mileena looks like the ultimate bitch.

My guess is that she will be top tier, or in the top of the mid characters. She looks deadlier.

Mileena would win. I think she has evolved for the best.
