Just cruios to see if anyone has heard about this, i work at gamestop and i received an email today regarding the kollectors edition and its contents, it's suppsoed to contain a tshirt a comic book and be in a metallic tin, forgive me if this old news.

I wanted a mini-figure -.- oh well im not buyin' it anyways i guess it's not the end of the world.

but maybe if the game is kick ass enough i might buy the kollector's edition just to have it.

thats good to hear, I went to try and reserve the game this past weekend and they still didn't have a Kollector's Edition sku to look up.

It comes in a velvet box!
A giclée print, presumably of Mortal Kombat and DC characters!
A 16-page comic book, presumably featuring Mortal Kombat characters fighting DC characters!
A t-shirt presumably ... OK, you get the idea.
A "making of" Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe DVD

That's got to be a mistake, surely!
With so little content, I'm starting to buy into my own theory of an MK recap, rather than any substantial MK vs DC story. That's crazy!

Sixteen pages? Let the Eye of the Storm theories begin!

I'm sure Tobias is going to do something magical with those sixteen pages. All of the lame product tie in, in less than half the pages!

EDIT: And am I the only wondering why the hell they chose a velvet box?

Why is it priced 10 bucks cheaper than what it should be?

I'm saying this in the sense that Soul Calibur 4 came with similar items and was 79.99. The 16 pages sounds like the DC comic that was done for Soul Calibur, it was only like 14-16 pages and it revealed nothing and really didn't do a damn thing for me. To be honest, I was hoping for a tpb. Ha! My luck.

I don't know about an OGN, but a standard comic is at least twenty-two pages. It's hard to imagine anything expansive coming out of a sixteen page leaflette, not that the previous three collector's editions were crammed with material.

It's great they're doing the bonus!
Just might've been nice to see something more substantial.

i think its pretty neat, about the t shirt and everything i didnt even see that coming but do you get to choose your own size? hopefully there all mediums.
