That's kind of dissapointing.. I dunno if I like his hair and ears showing :-/...might as well completely unmask him. I always figured Ermac would be kind of deformed though, just based on him being a composite being. Oh, well.

Ermac's mask for his alt is terrible. What were they smoking? They should have made him unasked with long black hair, or just have a mask over his mouth like Subs alt.

noob - the one with pale skin
nightwolf - the one with the punk hair
baraka - original outfit
ben - hooded outfit
millena - very revealing outfit
li mei - that blue outfit resembling kitana
hotaru - the one with the helmet
ermac - the ear showing outfit (imo it's almost equal to the main one)
those are the ones I remember right now

I forgot bo rai cho...the one with the beard, right?

we've also seen baraka's alt. it's more like his classic suit it looks cool

I’m a big fan of Sub-Zero. Ever since the first mortal Kombat I’ve loved him.
BUT WHY HAVE THEY MADE HIM LOOK LIKE SHREDDER FROM THE TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES? Lol
I mean come on! He looked fine in MK:DA, so why?
It’s a good thing he has an alternate outfit (The ponytail one)

Now if that alternate outfit for sub-Zero is Confirmed, then I think there are more for each Character. Maybe three outfits in total. I could be wrong but
I came across this picture the other day.
It’s a screenshot from Chess Kombat. You can see Sub-Zero wearing the alternate outfit from MK:DA. (The classic style)

Keep in mind you can fight in chess Kombat so I think it might be a hidden thing.
I’ve heard there’s gonna be tunes and tunes of hidden stuff in this game like there was in MK:DA but maybe this time there gonna be more useful.
I’d rather see more alternate outfits and more Fighting Arena’s than useless artwork and silly little videos of scorpion cooking.

that is an early picture, when they were using mkda models for chess, so forget it...but I think they said that every character will have more than 2 outfits, so you can still have hope.

I have taken the advice of myzzeri. Now their is the pic of the normal outfit of each character that has an known alternate. As well as their alternate. The 1st pic will be the normal outfit and the 2nd the Alternate outfit. Normal alternate
