LI MEI SUCKED

i dont understand why everyone liked Li Mei, the first time i saw a picture of her in a magazine it was a small pic, she was wearing all these bright colors, and the person she was fighting wasnt wearin any bright colors, she stuck out like a soar thumb, i thought it had to be a fake, but when it turned out she was a real character, i couldnt beleive it, she belongs in some other crap fighting game

but i gave her a chance, when i played as her, her moves were ok, but very uninspired, and then she dies in her own ending video.

i think the only reason people liked her is cause she looked freash out of DOA. a total sex object. if you liked this character, and not cause she looked hot, then why did you like her, please explain it to me, maybe im missing something.

She had the worst fatality as well. worthless. I would rather play with my pet ROCK.

I didn't like her either.

To me, she was too limited as a fighter and really weak. Her story wasn't much either.

as with lamers like jarek, li mei was just a filler and clone character. they wanted to bring classics back *cough mileena cough* but decided they needed a new face and wallah...we end up with boring fighters. quan chi easily had the worst fatal in mk5 but ms. mei comes in a close 2nd. she best not be in mk6. we have the awesome, superbly-designed comebacks of mileena and sindel who both look 10x better than ms. mei's butt-ugly buffalo face and short, chunky frame.

Li Mei well sucked. She was a Mileena clone, and a very bad one at that. I mean, what kind of charcater dies in their own ending? That in itself is lame.

I like her because she is a "finess" character. She has very stylish moves, and looks good doing them. But her face is damn ugly.

Li Mei's only weaknesses to me were her story, her fatality (neither of which really apply to her as a fighter) and her sai style, which I didn't think was very versatile. Other than that I enjoy playing as Li Mei. But she can be improved. I personally hope she returns in MKD.

watch her ending... she is laying on the floor shang takes her soul puts it into a another body

then watch the opening video, shang again takes her sould and puts it into a body.

its her i've watched it a lot!, same angle position and everything, its her.

compare them you'll see, she was a filler

nope, it looks like they darkend the background and put shadows on her to not make it so obvious...
