I'm planning on doing a Li Mei fanart with her "snake eyes" soon, but I have to finish my Hotaru first.

Her eyes don't really look reptiliian to me. Her normal eye color is green and the photo of the render from the load screen on this site is low quality and bleaches out the color making them look very strange.

Maybe they went along with her ending somewhat and made her sort of like...one of the Dragon King's soldiers, but like...not mummified. I think I said that once somewhere, but that thread has been long gone. Her eyes have never been discussed, so maybe that is confirmation on her transformation!

Thats a pic from MK:DA to tell if this is true or not we'd need a good render of her from MK:D

That seems to prove that Li Mei's MKDA ending is canon, but not in the way many of us initially thought.

well, i haven't seen a pic of Li Mei so close to her eyes yet for MK:D, and sub zero has now his eyes covered in like fog or something and that doesn't means he is corrupted in any way.

Well, also look at the Deadly Alliance render of Li Mei that Shinomune posted. You'll see that her eye color is the same, the only reason why it looks funky is because it's a bad quality photo of a television screen which washes out most of the color.
