just cos Rain wasnt mentioned in MKDA doesnt necessarily means he sucks.
After all he had one of the most powerful combos in trilogy, use it twice and if it connects both times, its over for your enemy.

movavdo SHOULD come back, i would be very dissapointed if not, he was a change to your usual 'know every single detail' guy, i liked the killing previous owner of weapons story, although he does need a LOT of work (fatality, story, general placement) but i HOPE he comes back, he had good combos and looked very dark yet normal, he has potential..

rain 40%: when it rains, it pours! he's kinda a good filler if raydin is M.I.A. and juging from the lines of battle....raydin may be not in there...
guest chars, i.e., like link in SC2: 6%: it has been done before....like in ninja gadin and clay-fighters 63 and a 3th.
kano: 87%: hate it all you want, kano's one tuff little bugger, i see him in MK8 before he dies once and for all!

I want to see more ninja clones (seriously). I loved that...well, technically, I want to see more ninja's, with old outfits in 3d, and then they all have alternate outfits.

But MK 6 would take longer then MK5, and I think they would lack behind schedule for the stories. Because Im wondering how they would make Scorpion come back if he got torn up by the souls. Kabal could make a return (just another guy to kill), so you all will be happy. Sektor (I want) should return, but will end up dieing, you all know that Cyrax or Sub-Zero will kill him. No matter how much you all want....but hey, who knows. Rain, Ermac, and Noob should return.

Rain - After leaving some type of tropical out world place, he meets with Kitana..and joins for the next battle (secret traitor agian?)

Ermac - If Kenshi returns, He and Ermac will sort of be like Scorpion and Sub-Zero. Ermac the protector of Kenshi.

Noob- Sent by the Brotherhood of Shadow (or whatever), to spy as a recruiter. Looking for new members, since ol' Shinnok is gone (or is he?)

And of course...yes, Im sure you all grow tired of seeing it. But Im young, so keeping growing tired.

Reiko - Returns, tries to impersonate Kahn..unsuccesful at it by the way. But is succesful in the reason behind taking Kahn's helmet

Shao Kahn - Appears in Reiko's story. I would say he takes back that helmet, but he already had it in MK5!

Liu Kang - The best (obviously...he's been winning the majority of the MK series). Why the main hero was tooken out I dont know. But I respect Boon and Tobias' decisions 100%. It could've been perfect. But now he's stuck in Kano's body, so what can ya do?
