Finally I can give my opinion about Kang! I think that he will use Jeet Kune Do for a style and for the zombie/ghost form those are his "style forms"

ok anyways, i think it should be like a shaolin style of boxing, and maybe jeet kune do if they do it right. Jacky in vf4 has it and he rocks, but johhny cage although one of my faves dint seem right to have it. so maybe old liu could bring some flava to this style who knows.

He needs one straight for his fists and one for his kicks so you could do mad combos.

Yeah, Johnny Cage shouldn't have had Jeet Kune Do. He should've had the styles of the guy he was originally supposed to be, Jean Claude Van Damme:

Nah, Stryker'd have gun.

But a weapon for Liu could be a cudgel,which is the earliest form of Shaolin weaponry. However, it is a staff, so it may not be good with two others having staffs.

Or maybe a flute, as that's another Shaolin weapon

Johnny Cage uses the Jeet Kune Do and the Nunchakus to emulate Bruce Lee indeed, since both have been cinema stars (also because Liu Kang wasn't in the game).

Jeet Kune Do it's clear that he's one of his fighting styles (is the style that use in intro of the MKDA). A Dragon Sword (or something similar) is his "clasical" weapon, and his other fighting style can be the Shaolin Fist, but Kung Lao is "more" shaolin than Liu Kang, reason why Liu Kang could fight using other styles of the Kung Fu, like Fanzi Quan (Tumbling Boxing), Lohan Quan or Lanshou Men (Blocking-Hand Boxing) for example.

As long as Kang has Jeet Kune Do as one of his styles, I'll be one happy camper.

Well,Jeet Kune Do is not a style according to Bruce Lee it is a concept that can take and use moves from any style,though they usually teach using stuff extracted from boxing,junfan gung fu,wing chun,thai boxing,kick boxing,silat,kali,and brazilian jujitsu.They often teach filipino weapons such as the eskrima sticks and then sword and dagger.

SO,Liu being a Bruce clone he COuLD have Jeet Kune Do and take moves from any style.OR,he could have one of the styles Bruce learnt before creating Jeet Kune Do,such as Wing Chun,Tai Chi or Jun Fan gung fu (which he formulated).

Or he could have a style based on the flashier moves used in Enter the Dragon(which is where the Mortal Kombat tournament comes from anyway) fight scenes (which are not those he would have recommended for the street)

Weapon would have to be nunchakus because of Enter the dragon and Fist of Fury.Or the eskrima sticks,or even Tai Chi sword as Tai Chi was Bruce's first style.

If Liu Kang gets the fighting styl Shaolin Fist,Hapkido and will use the Dragon Sword then he and Scorpion are the strongest fighters in the whole mk

I think Liu Kang should get 2 very ancient styles.

IMO, they should be false, created by the team or something. I just dont see Zombie Liu fighting in a decent fighting style.
