I would say a big part of this stock drop has to do with the fact that since midway is a game company and has no super huge game out right now...at least not to my knowledge, and with the release of Halo 3 and Guitar Hero 3...a big portion of gaming sales are going to those. but regardless many people bought a 360 just to get halo 3 so in turn they may end up buying games like umk3 for the arcade. Plus, midway has ads posted all over career sites hiring for 3D modelers and animators for an upcoming next gen fighting game. so the stock thing I'm sure is just a minor setback if that. and this is the first time since the mid 90s that an Mortal Kombat has been released every year for a consecutive period.

I don't blame ya in a way because they are indeed HARD as hell....even the worlds best UMK3 have a tough time with pulling off those insane combos at high level play consistently. As oppose to MKA where I do agree with you, certain players will just use that for more damage and lack a good ground game so I do agree with you there.

I don't blame ya in a way because they are indeed HARD as hell....even the worlds best UMK3 have a tough time with pulling off those insane combos at high level play consistently. As oppose to MKA where I do agree with you, certain players will just use that for more damage and lack a good ground game so I do agree with you there.

@Dave, well MK:DA is not crap and I do believe that MKA although sucks online plays much better then MKD. MK:DA is good though, most balanced easily. It's a very good game actually, arguably the best out of the 3D Mk's. MKD though IMO is the worst out of all of them. MKA I can live with, if only the online was better but everyone knows that by now so, it's old news.
As for people using AC, 33 you see I know some players will use that against me and I've gotten used to counter it. So, it's not a problem. I know most will use it but not necessarily "all" like I said, myself, alex, trax, malone, killer b etc, etc I have played in MKA and I must say that these guys have a great game without using the games flaws that's all I'm saying.
I'm perfectly fine using just a great, solid ground game.
But FTR, I only play MKA a few times a week now...once UMK DS comes out I'll be on that mainly.

Me? beef with midway? Yes, they are ruining their mk franchise. (all of us have beef with them because of that --- including YOU!!!!!!!!!!) I will say this. First off, just want to let you know something 5'8 vs. 6'2 isn't a "dramatic" difference like you're making it out to be something like 3'0 as oppose to 7'0 now THAT'S a drastic difference, I have 4 friends taller then you that I've matched in strength at times here and there. It's not a big deal really...also my friend rich is like around the same height as you perhaps a little taller but skinny so it's really not that big of a difference unless there's major muscle to go with it. I play baseball during the summer so I keep fit, I only work out a few times a week in high school I worked out every day because it was mandatory.
As for the facts vs. opinion: I've noticed most people on here in general get the two confused:
Facts are one thing that have something to back up the argument/point, opinions are another and just someones personal view. I know TONS of people that might agree with you on the girl bit, but I also know TONS that disagree....

LA girls I hear are very picky also from my friends out in LA.
And I've been there, done that just so you know I just feel no need for others to know my personal business nor the need to "brag"...I've had relationships with everything that goes with it...It's been a while but I've had GF's. lol you probably think I'm some kind of "prud" right? lol...perhaps the girls down there in atlanta are nicer since I've met girls from all over in general offline/online and they're much nicer compared to NYC girls. Fact...try to get a girl up here dude with ease, then brag.

I have thick skin when I need to, I just don't like fighting. Fighting is never good, especially with friends or people I'm on good terms with. Perhaps you have a more sarcastic tone in your posts and some people take it the wrong way, I don't know.

First off, just want to let you know something 5'8 vs. 6'2 isn't a "dramatic" difference like you're making it out to be something like 3'0 as oppose to 7'0 now THAT'S a drastic difference, I have 4 friends taller then you that I've matched in strength at times here and there. It's not a big deal really...also my friend rich is like around the same height as you perhaps a little taller but skinny so it's really not that big of a difference unless there's major muscle to go with it. I play baseball during the summer so I keep fit, I only work out a few times a week in high school I worked out every day because it was mandatory.
As for the facts vs. opinion: I've noticed most people on here in general get the two confused:
Facts are one thing that have something to back up the argument/point, opinions are another and just someones personal view. I know TONS of people that might agree with you on the girl bit, but I also know TONS that disagree....
Let's face it when it comes to girls, it's very much opinion based on experience. And everyone is different man. My best buds that have/had GF's even disagree with one another yet may agree with certain things. Know what I mean?
Let me tell you how it is up here though....
It's simple, if you're in a successful relationship you're going to say "girls relieve stress, blah, blah" yeah..obviously but let's face it, the way people break up and get together now days it's a joke...
Unlike some other guys, I care more about the actual relationship whole and not that materialistic BS with sex, money, cars etc. People like that are shallow and I'm above "shallow" call me oldschool I really don't care, at least I have morals. If I wanted "just sex" I could get it, but I'm not materialistic nor fake like that....even you in a way are kind of like that with the "long rocker hair" that shit might attract southern, rocker chicks but not NYC girls that are beyond picky. LA girls I hear are very picky also from my friends out in LA.
And I've been there, done that just so you know I just feel no need for others to know my personal business nor the need to "brag"...I've had relationships with everything that goes with it...It's been a while but I've had GF's. lol you probably think I'm some kind of "prud" right? lol...perhaps the girls down there in atlanta are nicer since I've met girls from all over in general offline/online and they're much nicer compared to NYC girls. Fact...try to get a girl up here dude with ease, then brag.
I wish I lived in florida, atlantaand out mid-west lol..girls seem so different down there it's not even funny compared to the ones up here.

Hey I have a friend named Nuwan, he moved up there last Jan. He has dated many girls up there he has met. He also is in a 3-4 month relationship with a girl now. He met her in NYC not the xbox. She is from Nyc. He didn't find it hard. Sounds to me someone has gotten run over by females. You lack confidence, strength, power, all that makes man. heheh.
