Granted, she's actually Hotaru's daughter named Jem. But she has no special attacks, combos or good fatalities.

I wish Stryker had a grenade launcher instead of a gun.

Granted, he picks it up but it is too heavy for him and he collapses. It falls on him and he dies. This is known as an in-game Hara Kiri and is done by pressing any button and only using Stryker.

I wish that I could have someone's keys

Granted, you have your keys.

I wish they have character-specific entrances, such as Rayden teleports in a bolt of lightning, Scorpion comes up in a burst of flames, etc.

Granted, Sub Zero slides on ice, Sindel flies in, and Mokap, Drahmin, Hsu Hao and Mavado trip over and die. Also, KAK don't have any.

I wish that Khameleon and Daegon werethe only non-confirmed characters in the MKA - no Meat ot Zebron or other characters
