Yeah, that's one thing I can't stand, overprotective moms, or in the stereotypical view "soccer moms"..... If they care so much about the violence, don't buy the game for your damn kid, simple as that... No one is forcing them to see the gameplay, or play the game, or buy it for their children dammit

IMO If you think MK is too violent, then you can just shove it. It doesn't help showing the blood and gore on national television on a news program that alot of people watch? Isn't violence what they DON'T want? Why hype it up?

I think it will make the headlines with the Hara Kiri move. These news ppl will probably say like it will make our kids want to kill them selfs and stuff. But o well if a game makes u think killing urself is cool then whoever does it is a moron. One good thing though it that with new headlines, more games get sold thats y GTA sold so much

Of course MK will stir up controversy. there is a lot of new elements involved that will ruffle feathers. I picture this games as being intended for those of us who have stayed loyal ever since the begining. I remember being really young and not giving a shit and just wanting to play Mortal Kombat. When MK2 came out and I was more than over joyed. Now that decpetion is coming soon, I can feel the old blood stirring.
