What Frost4584 said, that MK:Deception is what they wanted MK:DA to be is right. That was what I tried to prove. All the features in MK:Deception could be included in MK:DA so that it would be a great, if not perfect game. That way, everyone would be pleased with MK:DA and a completely new storyline could be made for a much better sequel. Offcourse it would take longer for the sequel to be released, but we would all be busy playing MK:DA much longer.

Look, I own both MK:DA and Soulcalibur 2 on the PS2, and I an say for sure that MK:DA's graphics are no match for Soulcalibur 2's graphics. I'm sure that whoever thinks I'm not right has not yet played Soulcalibur 2.

Um you're wrong. I own both also and like some1 said earlier, they use the same graphics engine. I wont lie, i love all the games uve mentioned, i play them every day b/c i have all those too, but none of them come close to the overall fun-factor of the mortal kombat series. Sorry to burst ur bubble.

Well, I have SC2 and MK:DA on GameCube, and while SC has superior background work (often takes place outside), MK:DA's character models and motion-capture elements are just as good.

I think MK:DA was an awesome game - perhaps having what will only now be realized fully - and over 2 million other people who bought the game would have an opinion, too.

And you seem to forget - this game is 6 months away, minimum. It will change dramatically in that time, so what you're seeing now is basically just a preview of things to come.

Although Deception will suck if Kitana's not in it, so far, things are looking up ;)

I was only talking about the game's graphics. MK:DA and Soulcalibur 2 are not using the same graphics engine. They are not even using a similar one. Yes, MK's fun factor is much better than that of the other games I mentioned, but I am talking about graphics and improved gameplay here. I am not saying they have to make MK just like those other games, they just can take the best features of other games and incorporate them into MK. For example, MK's weapon combat system doesn't even come close to Soulcalibur 2's weapon based combat system.

the game is not even done yet the graphics will be better if you look on the official mk:da site you would see the first set of game screens then compare them to the newer ones and you would see that the graphics changed over a period when the first set of screens were shown and when the last set of screen shots were shown untill the game actually came out and you could see how good the graphics actually. if you ask me sc2 is just an update to sc and the game is not as good as mk:da was and it wasn't even finished yet.

its sure looks more realistic in this stage then mk:da did if you look graphic wise, judging by the pics.
