tao feng=shitty fighting game that sold like shit..even after trying to bank off of mk's name. it played like shit, and had shitty characters..buttom line tao feng sucks.

Although I don't hate Tao Feng, I don't think MKD should be anything like it. The controls didn't feel right, and the characters were no where near as good as MK's. Also, the limb damage and combo systems sucked.

everything about tao feng sucked. the character were dumb looking with stupid names to go with them....im not gonna write another post about how crappy it is. check out ign, gamespot, egm, etc..and read all of their reviews...they aint pretty.

doll.. soul caliber is one of the greatest games by far in todays consoles... imo... and then ppl also love vf:evo.. even if it is a expation pak of sorts... anyway... tao fung... lol... anyone remember its counter part for the n64? think it was fighers impact.. remember.. oh plz tell me u do... that was the worse clunky video game i played... oh wait.. we still have tao fung..

No I still have the game and beat it with every character It really really sucks there’s only one character that I liked in the hole game even then I thought he was just all right
On a other note I think that MK should adopt the Quest Mode from VF4E I still play the game today and I got the game a week after it came out just because of that mode alone

Tao Feng had potential. Some of the chi moves were awesome.. the graphics were awesome (pain skins, weather, destruction etc).. and Iron Monk was awesome.

But.. the animation and control was very sad indeed. And really.. thats for the most part why the game sucked. Animation and contol make a game though.. especially a fighter..

I was also extremely sad to see that there were no fatalities. Thats just not acceptable for a game like this.

Deception and Tao Feng have no comparison besides the fact that they are fighting games. If Deception goes as well as it's hyped up to be not many games will hold a candle to it for a long while.

so that controls on TF were terrible, i still might get it, and return it if i dont like it.
