Since I have played as Lee in those games, then yes I can tell you the Tekken characters generally remain the same throughout each game.

I didn't pay any mind to what anyone said about the comment i posted before only cause there was no argument "just brainless banter" Fact is Between all the games coming out I know what myself and like 30 other people are buying that month... and I can't see why anyone who is on this MK FAN site... would say different

Tekken was fully two dimentional because the characters moved only in two dimensions. They were 3D models, but they never moved into and out of the foreground or background, just like any other 2D fighter. Somtimes people call it "2.5D" as a middle point between 2D and 3D, but it's really just 2D for all intents and purposes.
The rest I'm not even debating because almost anyone who has ever played Tekken 4 and Tekken 5 competitively knows that those games are dramatically different. I don't think I have to convince those people of anything. Do please keep up the fanboyish circle jerk though.

I can say the same for you about "fanboyish circle" with Tekken, but that aside and having no relevance on this topic...moving on.
Tekken hasn't had a "2D game like MKs or SF's" ok that's what I'm referring to, I've never met a Tekken fan of any kind that has said Tekken has made a great 2D game or 2D game like SF/MK because...they haven't.
I know the early Tekken games weren't "as smooth 3D wise" as 3-6 are, but they weren't no "oldschool MK or SF either"

MKF whether you think the changes in Tekken were nominal still dosent refute the fact that Tekken has indeed changed through out each game despite your belief that they havent. They put something in or changed somthing that wasnt there in the previous game and that is a change. I cant make it any clearer.
I'm not saying it "hasn't changed at all" I'm just saying Tekken hasn't changed "as dramatically as MK and SF have over the years" this is really quite obvious if you compare all 3 games. That's not a belief, it's an obvious observation. I really can't make that any clearer honestly. Okay I understand now. I absolutely agree with you that MK and Sf have made much more drastic changes when compared to Tekken.
