How are they secrets when you know about them from the beginning? Shouldn't a fundamental rule of a secret be that they are...well, you know...secret?
Thanks to the internet all of the games features and secrets were spoiled well before the game was released. Had it not been for that you probably would not have made that comment. Maybe Midway should not allow any information about the content other than the fighting modes and maybe a few characters next time. I did not read about the endings or watch any fatality vids, or the intro and guess what? I was not dissapointed because I had no Idea what was coming up. I knew about the game modes from going to the E3 but thats it.
Also, a few of the so called "elitist" out there keep bashing the games play mechanics. I think they are fine, the controls are simple. I'm an avid 3rd Strike and Cvs2 player who knows when a fighting game is bad and this game is not bad. You want bad then try fight club, or Fighters Destiny for N64, or even Final Fight: The Revenge. Maybe if you guys stopped trying to play this game like Tekken it will open up to you. Don't give me that "the game is broken" BS because every fighter I've played has been broken. In fact the most broken game I have played was X-Men vs Street Fighter. Just try to have fun and if it's not fun for you then do to this game what I did to both Tekken and Soul Calibur, move on and never look back.
Take care
