well, I don't mean to disrespect MKO.. it's an awesome forum... but that's a stupid rule. And rules SHOULD be broken every once in a while. It's better than sending it to every member here.
Anyway, I like the picture. He looks just like superman should look.

Superman seems to be growing a slight fuzz.
Slightly off-topic-Do you know what I find dissapointing about MKO? Other mk sites seem to get information and screenshots first before MKOdoes. I remember some years back, MKO use to be top at it's game. TRMK even covered Midway's Gamerday a hell of lot better than MKO.

Being MKO is a double edged sword. The benefits are pretty substantial. DAB gets invited to all the events including E3. MKO gets exclusive interviews with Ed Boon. There's always a Fight Night with the MK Team when a new game comes out where people on this site get to ask questions. That's not something bestowed on every MK fansite.
The trade off is that Boon & Co. and Midway proper ask of MKO a certain level of professionalism. Meaning not to break "embargoes" and not to post magazine scans which can get the site into legal trouble. This isn't supposed to be an antagonistic relationship. It's not like Midway is trying to impose some kind of iron fisted rule over MKO while the staff here is always looking for a loophole. The reason MKO does get those invites, interviews, Fight Nights, etc. is because the staff has built the site into something respectable and professional enough for Midway to take notice.
Basically, the rule against magazine scans doesn't exist just to be dicks and jerk people around. It's there because there's actually a mutual respect thing going on between this site and Midway and it's because of that mutual respect that the site gets a lot of the perks. You want your magazine scans (which aren't hard to get anyway) or your E3 coverage? Take your pick.

Something else not bestowed on every fansite is the chance to watch as the MK team provide no real information during Fight Nights.

Yes, through hard work, determination, and good old fashioned moxie, the staff built a community so respectable and steadfast that two-thirds declared the series dead and demanded the head of it's creator at the drop of a hat...or bat as it were.

Six of one, half a dozen of the other.

fight night chats really arent many to answer new questions, because the game is already released by then. I've always viewed it as a casual and relaxed conversation between the mk team and the fans. I like it.
P.S It's not MKO's staff's faults that the community isnt so into mk anymore as they used to be.
