Actually Icebaby is right there is no need for that. When compared to WoW and DC fans, why are MK fans considered to be so almighty? I'm sorry but MK fans have a horrible rep in the gaming world. People judge WoW and the players of the game far too quickly. In my experience I'd much rather have a discussion with a WoW fanboy than an MK one.

I'm not saying we're almighty but I've had a rather poor experience with WoW fanboys. However yes I probably did go too far with the comic fanboy thing since you can actually talk to them. I'll retract the comic thing but my opinion on WoW still stands.

Mortal Kombat doesn't deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as Warcraft.

No they haven't lol, one game means nothing....Marvel vs. Capcom, SC 2, Capcom vs. SNK....they haven't turned into crossover's. Crossovers are a one or two time max thing.

But on the topic, this is interesting I didn't know this. My friends are huge WOW fans but one of them hates DC, hmm wonder how he'll take this info ha, ha.

World of Warcraft is licensed by DC comics for print (and apparently action figures, which are incidentally owned by the parent company).
DC do not own World of Warcraft and have no relation or rights to produce any type of product other than comics.

Hopefully this clears things up.
Similarly, DC is being licensed by Midway for video games.

What on earth are you talking about? The MK team has signed a contract with DC to make two games. Meaning MK8 and MK9. I can PM you the article if you want.

Contract (in the context you're using it) is a misnomer.

Nothing released suggests they're contractually obliged to make sequel. If it's anything remotely resembling a financial success, there's a pretty good chance they will, but it's not like it's set in stone that the next game will be MKvsDC2 and beyond...

I doubt that there's even an article about a sequel to MK vs. DC... I really, really doubt that it's going to have a sequel and that the very next game AFTER this game will be a crossover again.

I play it, but to a point where I only play just for fun or have nothing to do on my spare time... It's fun, but I wouldn't recommend it as a BEST GAME EVER... unless you're into Chuck Norris and enjoy calling people Noobs more than how many call each other on this site then I recommend it to you, but there's SO MUCH more to spend 60 dollars on than this game.

And no, I am not one of those people who get so personal over the fucking game. I don't waste my breath fighting off people who bash this game... why? Because A) it's not worth it, and 2) because there's other things to defend rather than a stupid game.

Re-read my first post, I said most crossovers are one or TWO games max.....Midway also never stated or hinted that, "they're officially never making an MK solo again"

And when did Boon/Midway ever state that they're "definitely making 2 MK vs. DC games"?
