mk6 = enhanced mk5?

What if MK6 is in fact just an upgraded MK5 with more features? It might go into deeper detail like the "deception" between Shang Tsung and Quan-Chi and might just have old characters coming back like Baraka and Sektor as in MK4. Maybe they will add in the stuff left out like the concept levels and characters.

I think the relationship MK5/MK6 will be like MK1/MK2, because boon wanted to make DA a new MK1
Rayrokka (the guy who works for Midway) told me that they were indeed considering doing an upgraded version of MK:DA with things like stage fatals, more characters, etc. However, this idea was scrapped in favor of doing a brand new MK6. I think they made a wise decision.
