Quan Chi: He steps behind the opponent, gauges two fingers into their eyes, and snaps their neck so it's contorted sideways. They he removes his fingers, and beams of green light are pouring from the eye sockets, and the opponent is screaming and staggering backward, and the head is spinning around like in The Exorcist, while strange evil noises are heard. The opponent's flesh melts into a puddle of green slime, but the skeleton is stil staggering, green light pouring from the eyes. Quan Chi kicks the skeleton, and it shatters into pieces.

Reptile:
He gathers a whole bunch of acid spit in his mouth and coats his togue with it. Then he shoots his tongue out of his mouth at lightning speed nd it goes straight through his opponents chest, and Reptile brings his tongue back out of the opponents chest but takes the guys heart out with his tongue and he swallows the heart whole.

Cyrax:Cyrax can take a bomb from his chest and then grab Scorpions "Spear"(the thing that comes from his hand and grabs people)and tie the bomb into it. Then he can put a bomb in his mask and let it blow up...Or he can just shove a bomb into any characters mouth and let the heads fly.

Lol.
I don't think the part about tying the bomb to the spear would work out. The way they do fatalities doesn't depend on which character he is fighting. Not everyone has a spear that comes from their hand...

Here's one for Shang Tsung...
Spirit World Torture---Shang raises his arms up into the air and you start to see little green dots exceeding from Shang's body. The dots start to float around the victim and then start going through his body.
After the dots have become bigger, they form a demon, the demon then rams his fist through the victims body not harm the physical body itself though. The demon starts to pull out the victims soul.
The demon pulling it with one hand as the soul struggles to get free of it's grasp. You her the victims soul moaning in a deep voice. The demon pulls the victims soul out and raises it in the air ass the victims physical body falls to the floor and turns white.
The demon slowly walks toward Shang dragging the victim on the floor by it's head. The demon walks through Shangs body as the victims soul contiunes to struggle to free himself. The victims soul gets free, but ten arms reach out from Shangs body and grab it and pull it into his body.

Here's a brutality idea I made for Scorpion...
Scorpion would start off punching and kicking you as normal, but you could see your victim's face start to bruise and bleed, and when you get kicked in your stomach you can hear ribs breaking. When Scorpion uses his sword you see cuts and gashes starting to appear. When he's done using the weapon, he impales it into the victims stomach and he starts backing up screaming in pain. Scorpion then throws his spear and brings him back to him and twist the sword and jerks it out and cuts off the victims head.

Here's a fatality idea for Sub-Zero...
Freezer Burn---He walks up to his victim and grabs their arm. He starts letting out ice and shaking like when he does the ice shaker move in MKA. The body of the victim starts to freeze and you here them screaming. Sub-Zero's chest, arms, and half of his bottom torso start to freeze and ice up.
The victim gets completely deep-frozen. He's so cold his body starts turning black (from being frost bitten.) Sub-Zero has formed a giant block of ice around the victim and his arm. Sub-Zero then gives a few jerks and rips the victims arm off and throws it down. The giant block of ice the victim is in becomes filled completely with blood. Fatality.

The body of the victim turns red and you're able to see the fire from the outside in. Smoke and fire shoot from his mouth as the ground beneath the victims feet smolders and turns black. A hole busts open from the victim's back and then in various other places.
The victims body is fully engulfed with flames as Scorpion turns his head with his arm still inside the victim. While Scorpion's head is turned, the camera turns around and faces him. He then lowers his head and raises his eyes back up at the camera with his white spectre eyes. Fatality.

Spontanious Rage---Sub-Zero faces the camera and bows his head. You start seeing little white specks surounding him. All the specks go into his amulet and his whol chest and arms freeze up completly.
Sub-Zero then walks over to his victim and quickly grabs his writs, his arms instantly and quickly freeze up to his shoulders. Sub-Zero then jerks them off and throws them down on the ground.
Next, Sub-Zero grabs his victims ankles quickly and his victim falls on his back. His victim's legs instantly freeze up and Sub-Zero jerks them off. Sub-Zero then crushes his victims head with his foot then rams his ice cold fist into the victims chest and what's left of the body instantly freezes completely and Sub-Zero throws it against the floor and it explodes.

Here's one for Kung Lao...
3 Hat Surprise---Kung Lao proceedes to take his hat off and twirls it around between the palm of his hands quickly. He then does a turn around jump into ducking fighting type of stance. He then places his hat on his bicep and then quickly slides his hand down his arm.
When his hand reaches his wrist, you see thre hats lined up on his arm, from his bicep to his wrist. He quickly launches the first hat at his victims neck then the second one at his victims torso, then the last one at his victims knees.
The hats disapper. Once all the body parts have hit the ground, the one hat Kung Lao started out with returns to him and he catches it with his finger and spins it around on it, then he flips it onto of his head. You can see the blood streaks and the droplets of blood dripping from the blade of his hat.

Here's one for Baraka...
Pouring Punctures(sp)---Baraka emits his swords from his arms and rares back like he's going to jump on his victim. He quickly runs towards his victim and violently and very quickly stabs his victim in various places.
You hear Baraka's victim screaming as all he can do is try to ward him off. Blood shoot all over Baraka and his swords are covered with blood.
Baraka then stabs his victim with both of his swords in the stomach and quickly jerks them out. The victim stands there with blood dripping from his mouth. All of the sudden blood starts gushing out of every single hole Baraka put into the victim's body. The victim turns white as to the loss of all his blood and falls to his knees. He looks up at baraka as he comes down with his right sword and decapitates his victim. Fatality.

Here's one for Li Mei...
She puts her hands together as if she were praying and bows her head. She starts focusing all of her energy as you see red, black, and white colored specks start to surround her.
After a few seconds, you start to see the specks form a transparent sphere around her. As it gets bigger, you start to see a figure form behind Li Mei. As the figure becomes clearer you can see that it is Lui Kang, but transparent.
After the sphere has gotten to it's fullest size, Li Mei spreads her hands apart and then she trusts them forward, while she's still looking down.
You hear Lui Kang say 'Whoa!" as he flies toward the victim extremely fast. Lui Kang enters the victim's body and all of the sudden fire shoots out of the victim's mouth and he explodes.
When the smoke has setteled, Lui Kang is standing where the victim was in his traditional pose (hands together and head bowed.) He then starts to break up into the red, black, and white specks and enter Li Mei's body. Fatality.
Not really my best, but isn't really too much potential for a good fatality for Li Mei.

Here's another one I did for Scorpion.
Scorpion takes his spear and rares back as far as he can and throws it at his victim extremely hard and fast. The camera is like right behind the spear (it looks like it's riding it) and then spear goes straight thru the victim's chest and as it does you can see the inside of the victim's chest since the camera is following the spear.
The spear has the victim's heart on the end of it and as the spear soars thru the air, the blood splashes onto the screen. The camera stays on follows the spear until it gets right at the wall and then it zooms out and the spear get's stuck in the wall.
The victim has blood draining out of his mouth holding the rope of the spear already dead. Scorpion then tries to pull the spear back to him, he gives three good tugs, but the spear still stays lodged into the wall. Scorpion then grabs the rope with his other hand and gives out loud yell and lifts one of legs into the air and brings it down hard and busts the ground underneath him.
He then jerks the rope hard and it dislodges from the wall and comes back soaring at the victim's head and goes straight thru his skull as you see the point of the spear stiking out of the forehead of the victim. His eyes are rolled up in the back of his head.
Scorpion then becomes in-raged and his eyes turn to flames and you see fire come from his arms and they go down to his hands and ignite the rope. The victim burns and turns into ashes. Fatality.

Here's another one I made for Sub-Zero.
Ol' School---Sub-Zero walks up to his victim and stands in front of him for a second or two, then he quickly grabs his victim's sides. Sub-Zero the quickly twists his victim's torso completely around until his back is facing him.
Sub-Zero then grabs the victim's head with both of his hands and very quickly twists their head and you hear the neck snap. As soon as Sub-Zero twists his victim's head around he angrily rips it off.
Sub-Zero turns his body 180 degrees around from the momentum he gets from ripping his victim's head off. The blood from the victim's spine splashes onto the camera. Sub-Zero then raises the head of his victim and looks at the camera as blood drips down his arm.
The victim's body then falls to the floor and blood gushes out of his neck. Fatality.

Those are cool fatalities.
Here's one...
Rain:
He gathers a whole lot of electricity into his hands and the thrusts his hands forward and shoots a big thick bolt of lightning straight through his victims chest. Blood shoots out of his back and splats against the wall, and Ermac takes another shot with a thinner lightning bolt, and blows a hole straight through his victims forehead and his brains shoot out the back and also splat against the wall. Then his victim falls to his/her knees then falls all the way down on his chest as blood continues to leak out of the wounds and flow slowly across the ground.

I don't care how they are, I just want them to put 2 or more fatalities.

Heres on for Sub-Zero...
First he shoots a spear of ice into each of his opponents hands and feet and one into the chest pinning them against the wall. Then he walks up to them and pulls out the spear from their chest and puts his lip to the wound. He blows the opponent full of ice. He is still holding the ice spear and shoves it into the throat of the victim. He then makes his hand into balls of ice and beats the "ice victim", shattering it into millions of pieces.

1. Ermac:
He uses his telekenesis powers to grab his victi with his mind then pull his victims right past him and send him flying against the wall so hard every bone in his body shatters.
2. Stryker: Takes out his nightstick, and beats his opponent in the back of the head 5 times really hard, then takes it and shoves the nightstick straight through his opponents back and out his chest. 3. Jax: Just picks his opponent up with both arms and pulls him right apart. No questions asked.

I've got one for scorpion. He starts out by throwing his spear at the opponents chest. as it penatrates he starts tugging at his rope. After a couple tugs he sees it's not coming out so he walks up to his opponent whose squirting out blood and grabs his wrope a foot away from the opponent and kicks him square in the chest wich send his opponent into a wall full of spikes. DOUBLE FATALITY!!

Noob Saibot:
He shoots that cloud out of the palm of his hands and it surrounds his opponent and it gets smaller every second until it crushes his opponent around the waist.
Scorpion:
He points his finger at his victim and sets his victims blood on fire and the fire starts melting through his victims flesh and making its way to the outside of their body, until the victim falls to ashes.

That idea reminds me of Scorpions fatality the gathering. The only difference is yours is cooler and scorpions was censor(muttering curse under my breath for the black out).

hears 1 for jax he pick up the victim takes his machine gun puts it 2 the chest and blow about 20 holes then he says nighty night suka!!!!! and shots 20 more 2 the head while the victim shooting blood from his mouth then takes his arm and goes rite through the chest and has his heart on the other side through his bak and says ohh yea and crunches the heart and takes ut his arm and goes to the head and crunchs hes brian and says see Yea!!!!! fatality

Firstly I must say, nice thinkin guys and girls if there were any female replies especially Ureiko. Tsungs was my fav, the torture one I believe it was soul world torture but I can't say for sure. Now on to my ideas.
Reptile's Dismemberment: (Assuming that he is in a larger more powerful body.) Screen darkens, Reptile rears back and lunges at his opponent knocking them onto their back. With one foot pinning them down, he first grabs both of their arms and tears them from their body spraying blood everywhere. He then removes his foot, grabs a leg in either hand, and violently pulls them in opposite directions splitting the body in two and covering the arena in an obscene ammount of blood.
Kenshi Disturbing behavior: Screen darkens, Kenshi begins to glow with a red light (oppossed to his regular purple/blue light) he begins to levitate the opponent and then violently smashes them to the ground numerous times (similar to Tsungs MKDA fatality) when the body is severly disfigured and beaten, he then levitates them in the air and telecenetically tears the skin of their bosy, leaving the flesh and muscle over the skeleton. With another twitch of his hand the body completely explodes.

Here's another one for Kenshi.
First, he telekenetically lifts his opponent into the air, and then his telekenetic force begins to tug at the opponent's leg, eventually ripping it off. As blood sprays everywhere, the body drops to the floor. The leg, still in midair, floats toward the opponent's head, goes back and forth toward it like a golf club about to hit the ball, then swings, knocking the head off and slamming it against the screen.

Sub Zero
Frozen Abyss: He stands about a full screen away, then summons up a huge amount of Kori Energy. He then aims it at the ground underneath his opponent, cutting into the earth, basically creating a super-deep frozen abyss. He then rams his fist into the top layer, sending a crack through it, traveling toward his opponent, and sending them under. He then manipulates the ice to close the loser in and pull him under. The camera shows his victim going down until the immense pressure explodes them, making the water and the ice at the top completely red. Sub Zero is shown breathing heavily to recover from the immense energy used.
Ice Clone Massacre: He creates 7 ice clones of himself, brings them to life, then sends them over to floor his victim with random crushing blows. He then jumps in as they proceed to pound the ever loving shit out of him/her, until they’re nothing but a bloody pulp.
Quan Chi
The Rack: He floors his victim with a massive punch to the head, landing face up, then he backs up a few steps. He then lifts his arms up semi close together, which gradually raises his victim into the air, retaining the same position. He then slowly starts to seperate his arms, which also begins to stretch the body of his victim, until eventually it snaps at the spine, spilling all of his/her guts onto the floor. Both halves collapse to the floor, both spilling blood.
Kung Lao
Chinese Buzzsaw: He removes his hat from his head (BLACK HAIR, PLEASE! NOT BROWN!!!) and uses some Chi energy to cause it to spin around, hovering in midair just a few inches shy of his hand. He then shoves it straight into his victim’s midsection, spreading blood, intestines, and various pieces of several other vital digestive organs. The energy around the hat deflects all the flying parts away from Lao to keep him relatively clean. He keeps advancing the hat forward until it completely severs the spine. The top half of his victims body falls to the floor with the bottom, writhes in agony for a few seconds, then dies from massive bloodloss (not to mention all of the guts that got grinded up!)
See, Ed? You can do better!

Sonya:
Shes in a far stance from the victim. Then, she starts doing many fast cartwheels getting closer. She finally gets there BUT dosent hit him with the kicks, she just places her legs like A LEG GRAB on the victims NECK really fast.
They show in close up the victim suffocating, being chocked by her legs.
THEN we see a LOVELY scene were his eyes slowly start to come out, he start puking blood...LOTS OF BLOOD and his face kind a grows.
Finally when the eyes are out and he is chocking in a way we can describe as pain, she BRAKES the NECK somehow still on her Leg Grab stance.
She then lets go and the victim falls dead...fatality

She finally gets there BUT dosent hit him with the kicks, she just places her legs like A LEG GRAB on the victims NECK really fast. They show in close up the victim suffocating, being chocked by her legs. THEN we see a LOVELY scene were his eyes slowly start to come out, he start puking blood...LOTS OF BLOOD and his face kind a grows. Finally when the eyes are out and he is chocking in a way we can describe as pain, she BRAKES the NECK somehow still on her Leg Grab stance. She then lets go and the victim falls dead...fatality ----- Or, she dosent have to BRAKE the NECK, she can PULL THE HEAD OUT.
