as i was lookin through dicussions of mk8 no 1 rlly thought of wut about the fatality system mk Armageddon was great but they have to do sumthin else like sumthin tht would make ppl intrested in nd exciting. mka was like tht but after a while it does get to the point where it gets rlly repeitive. hopefully in mk8 they would make it a normal where u have to enter the fatality but more then 2 just like a brutality or a animality or babality sumthin exciting

If they want to be taken seriously, they should simply name it Mortal Kombat. Don't give them any subtitle to make fun of in the magazines. Just a black background with the MK logo more gritty looking and be just Mortal kombat

Hmm.. Mortal Combat with a 'C', resonates with me. The perfect way to show they're getting rid of the kiddie stuff, get rid of the kiddie spelling.
I think that's a very good idea.

Then they'll probably start all over again.. Mortal Combat II,

That would be a cool secret option, where you input a code, like in MK on the old Sega genesis, and MK becomes 'Cortal Mombat', and the characters have strage heads, like in the MK4 kiddie character options,
and have all the menus look like they've been hacked.

but I do remember a month prior to MK Aramgeddons releas that Ed Boon did say in a very noisy video at (I think it was game trailers) that the only thing we would see of MK this time round would be posibly a teaser or a small poster

It is hard to pick a really good name for it. Some of you have really great ideas for it. I do like these names::

Mortal Kombat: Devestaion (tho' it is the name of the 3rd MK Movie)

It all depends on the story line really. Once the story and ideas about the game have been released, guessing the name will become a bit easier.
