Not surprised by Dan's first 2, but eww at Stryker.

I think Kahn will suck. He'll take a lot of skill to play I bet.

Coo list Kyle except you using Hsu Hao. That char is lame.

AFter having played the E3 build, I will play the following characters:

Rape-O (Reiko) - This characters special attacks alone will make him upper mid Tier. If he keeps Pi Gua, He will be top tier easily.

Mileena - I convinced the Team to give her back the Mian Chuan stance. She willalways be my # 1

Kintaro - No need for air combos when you have a couple of command throws. Esoecially when one of them is unblockable.

Goro - It was so easy to win with Goro. He has a quick Shokan Stomp for fireball happy players which is un blockable! His quick stomp is pretty useful making him an immediate threat.

Dramin - This character was a tournament winner. No reason for that to change.

Stryker - Not only is his SWAT costume cool looking, but his specials are grat for zoning and turtling.

Kung Lao - He will more than likely receive his Teleport Kick and Dive Kick, happy days will be here again.

Shinnok - He has some fairly useful special attacks. If they leave him with the Liu Kang Style he had at the show, he will rock.

Frost - Sub-Zero is dope, but it's time for the young upstart to make a name for herself. I hope they give her some useful ice powers to complement her Ground Freeze and the Ice Slide.

Sonya - The OG female MK heroine will return to reclaim her position. She was tight in MKDA.

There will be others that I will use but these will be my focus. I will sneak in some Mokap, Molock, Mavado, Kano, and Balze.

Sheeva is female. And there's a third Shokan, called Kintaro. He was the second one introduced as he's the sub boss in MK2!

Hsu Hao was great in my opinion, I thought he was an interesting character as a departure from regular joes, and undeniably he was one of the strongest in terms of game-play. Let's hope he keeps that low throw, or that 40+ combo that ended in his low throw, lol.

Cool thread, I remember making this one a while back in the Xbox forums.Interesting to see.After E3's awesome vids, I have a better idea of who I want to use.

Anyway, here's my list top ten guys for my personal delight:


10.Dairou:-I'll bring him back for MK:A however, I don't plan on being the best with him.Only a weapon in my arsenal at the bottom of the lineup.His TS will be fixed so that's cool.

9.Kabal:-I've always been a fan of him since MK3, awesome spin move and just one of my all time favorites to use.I had a good Kabal in Deception, he's one of those guys I pick because of his cool looks.

8.Noob-Smoke:-Well, like most on here, I want them to be separate however nothing is set in stone yet.When asked Boon said they're not sure yet what they're going to do in the most recent fan interview on this site, hopefully they're make them separate or if not separate the option to play them separately.

7.Reptile:-Awesome ninja, one of my favorites like Kabal and I will use him for sure, this guy I'll use more for fun and to be pretty good with in the process assuming he has his old moves back.

6.Ermac:-Well, I loved using him in Deception also one of my all time favs and I'll use him again for sure.Ermac is just an awesome kharacter overall.I will be formidable with him in MK:A.

5.Jarek:-There's something about him, that I kind of like assuming he's still in the right off the bat selection screen, he will be one of those guys I pick for sure.

4.Stryker:-Lets just say his revamped look is sweet, along with his moves, combos and sets given to him.He will be a badass in this game and I plan to use him.

3.Rain:-I've always loved Rain and I will be one of the best with him, I'll do my best to have one of the Best Rains on Xbox.

2.Sektor:-hehehehe, badass straight out and I can't wait to play him.His moves, his combos will be sweet as anything and I want him bad!!! lol He will be one of my better guys.

1.Cyrax:-:legacy_confused:straight out one of the most underrated characters and Cyborg of all time MK, I will do what it takes to have the best Cyrax on Xbox!!His Net will own once again!!I am killer with him in MK3, UMK3 and I will do so again in MK:A.hehe




KAF:like KF said, My customs will Rust along with a few others.I'll have lots of fun with this mode indeed hehe.

I'll probably use Liu Kang, Kenshi, Li Mei, Reiko and Sareena primarily. Then possibly Frost, Shao Kahn, Jade, Sindel and Kira.

Also, many, many Kreated Fighters.

1. ill use who ever has the hook swords wether it be mavado or Kabal cause i can do some nice sombos from those hook swords

2. Ashrah, i love her specials, and her perfect speed, my best in MKD, and IMO the best girl in MK period

3. reptile: deadly combos, i love his elbow style.

4: kitana, really good weapons, god pokes, good special moves

5. shang tsung, you could do real good combos with his special moves.
6. either sektor or cyrax, i love the robots 7. quan chi, i loved his weapons, looks like he is gonna be a good character. 8. even though i got sick of kung lao after MKs second worst game(MKSM) ill still probably use him because of his combos, and his hat. 9. ill use who ever has the kali sticks wether it be sonya or kobra
10: drahmin: IMO the most underrated character, i love his specials. ill probably use more people but time will tell

My list is as follows:

I'll only start with 5, because I don't want to get very much into it just yet, I want to see the fan base, and see wether or not it will take off.

unfortunately doom, as of right now Noob and Smoke are gonna be one character again for MKA.

the air combat is back i think he ll be weak

Thats fine then, they were one character for MK:D, and they were top tier, so I don't think that will make too much of a difference then.

There's no way Ed Boon will be stupid enough to make them as good as they were in MKD. I am near positive they will get toned down.

There's still time for them to seperate the characters. That's what most fans want. MKA is supposed to be ALL the characters. Smoke and Noob Saibot fans should not have to be forced to use them together.

I dunno bout u guys, but those ninjas that all looked the same were my favs, so my list is as follows:

1.Scorpion-always a fav character of mine,i hope his tele-kick move gets sped up, it was cool till it got to be slowest move ever.

2.Noob-Smoke-Noob was ed boon n jon tobias's child char, i think thell keep them slick as ever.

3.Reptile-he was like the lil secret char in mk1. Plus i hope he can turn all see thru n shit!

4.Sub Zero-The ice man is cool, literrally.

5.Shang Tsung-the original bad guy, bound to be a kikin wang fighter.

I doubt ill be using any bosses, those guys all r too damn slow, like fuckin old people, I HATE OLD PEOPLE!!!!

I think I will go with these characters as my online characters. This might change after all the stratagies and info on them start rolling in.

Im really looking foward to using Fujin. He has been overlooked since MK4. He's been my favorite since MK4. He's a character that can have some real potential
