You should ask someone from ultimatemk.com to edit the video, adding music and special effects etc.

music is a definite NO, i dont like soundtracks to my movies, its distracting towards the main attraction: the combos. all attention should be focused on the combos and the combos only

special effects are worthless and slow down the pace of the movie. its all about the combos, not silly shit like special effects. means nothing.

IMO the music adds to the excitement and overall strength of the combo's, and it actually entertains you more. Example of what I am trying to

But if you prove the combo by itself then I understand, thats basically the meat of the combo video's and thats all you need.


btw I have been meaning to ask you this, but why do you make combo video's anyway? Entertainment? Curiosity on finding whats new?

now the biggest difference/thing you need to understand is ive wanted to add soundtracks to my movies. but once i heard how it sounds is how i came to my conclusion.

how did i come to this conclusion you ask? mainly what anyone else who makes videos will tell you. the bavkground music in the actual game conflicts with the soundtracks and makes it sound cluttered. this is what i heard, this is what azuro heard, this is what ive always heard but ignored it till i said to myself, "i want this video to be the best, with no distractions"

maybe for a movie that has no audio in the background, its good. but if i had to choose between no audio and a soundtrack or just the game music, i would chose the games music because it brings you into the moment more. you hear everything thats going on and makes the expierience more enjoyable.

why do i make combo videos? because noone makes them like me. noone has, noone will, only followers to what ive done, which far surpasses any mk player to date. 10 combo videos in 2 years. 7 of them being almost 50 minutes long EACH.

but i love seeing the people reactions to it, its part of the inspiration you so desperatly need when doing this as a career. if noone comments on the video, you have no motivation to want to make anything anymore.

speaking of which, did you download the video, watch any of the new combos on youtube, comment on any of them?

its hard to keep working on this game for some reason, its like i come back to it every few weeks for something new. dont know i havent been playing much of anything lately.

the sub-zero 86% on the acid stage was by far the hardest combo i ever done in that game. as always, very lucky to have found it.
the other 86% was hard too. he actually has higher then that 66% midscreen, but i just havent figured out the setup for it yet.

mavado 42% was also new,i forgot about that.

yea its crazy how long the game was out and noone ever found those, funny stuff. 80% of the combos in this movie are all new, lmao.
