As for the 3 costumes, I had been telling you all about this for a very long time. Im glad they didnt change this. 3 costumes rock!

We have only seen 2 of Scorpion's. I'm pretty sure the bald Sub-Zero with the ponytail isn't a costume anymore. I'd put a million dollar bet on all the ALTs we thought we say are no longer in existance. Well the early ones.

thanks again for the compliment queve and Mobster_For_SATAN, why should they create costumes and delete them? if they REALLY deleted subs bold ponytail costume, then i'm confused. in da, they put in kahn, but made him into hsu hao instead, but i really don't see no reason for them to delete it ...

Someone on the board, MortalKombatDE, he saw Scorpion's Knight ourfit with the skull and chucks of mean on it. He then talked to John Vogel and he said every character get more costumes made for them but then the decide to delete them, just like Scorpion's Knight's costume. And for Sub-Zero's pony tail look, that was like at 35% done of the game. It was just too early to call it an offical costume. Here is a PM MortalKomabtDE sent me:

it is true that we havnt seen it since those screenshots...so even though it was bearable i hope they at least gave him either a new haircut or a new suit...like robes or something that went with it...maybe he will even get a costume with half a mask..that would be pimp

If there are 3 alts per character, just think of what the girls will wear. As if they aren't poster pin-ups already, except Mileena. Too much teeth...:).

Why dont you actully look and compare and you would see there the damn same costume! Just 2nd player colour! BTW the pony sub would NOT be scrapped because there are screenshots of it on the official and and videos of him fighting in it since the first psm, they would not show us that much of it.

Damn..i realy liked the knight outfit for scorpion seeing on the game convention in Germany.
I hope they will put it in though.

i remember watching 1 interview, w/ 1 of the developers saying that there will be 3..
1~to start of w/
2~ a alternate
3~a "ultimate" 1 he said..
but i cant find the interview.. maybe i dreamt it.. who knows..

Well, if MK:D is all about ousting the competition, then three is very likely.
Soul Calibur 1 and 2 had 3.
MK:DA had less.
It stands to reason that MK:D will at least MATCH the other games, and best its predecessor.

As far as Sub Zero's pony tail look goes, I think it may be staying. It is featured on the official MKD website. It is the first picture featured when you click on Screenshots. He is fighting Shujinko. Looks to be a relatively new pic, and I am not sure why they would post that on the official site so close to release if it was not going to be there.
