I say they should completely destroy Shao Kahn's reason for surviving in MK Deception for Gamecube. Many wonder what happened to Reiko. As a way to completely dispel the rumors, they should just have made Reiko killed by the Deadly Alliance, thinking it was Kahn. Kahn could have been hiding to regain power, but was unsuccessful when Reiko was killed. A "clone?" I think not.

Synopsis:
I felt how powerful my brother had become. I craved this power. I had to take it. As I cornered him in the nether to kill him and take his soul, my companion Smoke malfunctioned and betrayed me. They escaped. Fury and vengeance flow through my veins. Peace, in a sense, came to me when I felt a similar presence in the Netherrealm. But this was different, I felt one as I am but with my brothers power. I tracked this essence restlessly through out the depths of the netherrealm. When I found her, I knew she gained her power from the Dragon Amulet which allowed her to retain her powers. Her name was Frost, my sister.
With intense training Frost and I were able to combine powers and master them. Kori energy surged through my body I could feel my dark powers multiply and as could she. Her dark power grew quikly because of her thirst for it. We cannot be stopped. Sub-Zero and Smoke will pay with thier lives. We will reform the Lin Kuei as we see fit.

Cage and Stryker should return. Cage because hes the best ans Stryker so we have someone to take out all our angar on when the final boss kicks our ass.

Liu Kang: The Main Hero, with his return to life, Liu Kang finds himself faced with numerous problems: The One Being has started to awaken, as Mortal Kombat champion, he knows he must face this threat, but as a result of his death at the hands of Shang Tsung, he has lost his confidence, his mentor and father figure Raiden has now become bitter and angry, he feels responsible for the deaths that his body caused and his relationship with Kitana has gone astray. Kung Lao: The Reluctant Hero, having been freed from Onaga' s control, Kung Lao is overjoyed to see his old friend, Liu Kang, alive again, and now thinks he can finally retire from fighting, but Goro has returned with an evil alignment once more, Kung Lao is disgusted by Goro's betrayel and now seeks to avenge his great ancestor, the original Kung Lao, for what he wishes to be the last time, Kung Lao heads into battle...

Scorpion: Champion of the Elder Gods, with the One Being's emergence, Scorpion finds that as the Elder God's champion, he is to stop this crisis, but when he discovers that Quan Chi is still alive, will his lust for vengeance get in the way of his mission? But Scorpion will have more to worry about than Quan Chi, his murderer, the original Sub-Zero has been revealed as Noob Saibot and Scorpion disgusted at what his old rival has become, vows to end the evil he helped create, but something is following him, something from the past...

Sub-Zero: Lin Kuei Grandmaster, Sub-Zero has found that the wraith known as Noob Saibot is his dead brother, Sub-Zero wishes to bring back his brother old self, but he finds that this task will be quite difficult, with his old friend Smoke by his side once more, Sareena, his brother's former love and surprisingly, his one-time enemy, Scorpion by his side, Sub-Zero heads to stop his brother.

Johnny Cage: Movie Star, freed from Onaga's control, Cage finds that he is to have no time to rest with the emergence of the One Being. Johnny Cage finds himself assisting his old friends in battle once more, all the while wishing to reveal his true feelings to fellow Earthrealm Warrior, Sonya Blade.

Sonya Blade: Special Forces agent, freed from Onaga's control, Sonya discovers that her old enemy Kano is still alive, outraged, Sonya sets out to stop and finish her old rival, once and for all.

Kano: Former Black Dragon leader, thought to have been killed by Mavado, Kano alludes death once more, upon discovering that Kabal is reforming the Black Dragon, Kano sets out to challenge Kabal for leadership.

Raiden: Thunder God, after his sacrifice to stop the Dragon King, Raiden is overcome by the One Being's influence. Raiden killed the hero of the battle with the Dragon King, Shujinko as punishment for his unwilling help in reviving the Dragon King. Liu Kang is saddened by his mentor's new approach and vows to stop him.

Kitana: Princess of Edenia, having been freed from Onaga's control, Kitana is disgusted by what she had done, after she discovered the truth of her past, Kitana desired to redeem herself for what she had done as Shao Kahn's assassin, but now redemption seems so far away...

Jax: Special forces agent, freed from Onaga's control, he discovers the Red Dragon clan had been using the Special Forces to wipe out their enemy the Black Dragon for years, enraged that he and his friends had been used, he vows to wipe out the Red Dragon.

Noob Saibot: Wraith, Noob Saibot's desire to become ruler of the Netherrealm is starting to take form, he desires to take the Dragon Medallion from his brother, Sub-Zero and plots to tempt Scorpion and Sareena into joining his side...

Cyrax: Special Forces agent, despite having returned to Earthrealm, Cyrax once again finds his old enemy Sektor has started a clan of robotic ninjas, the Tekunjin, Cyrax finds himself their first target...

Fujin: Wind God, with the One Being's reemergence forthcoming and his old friend Raiden, now under its influence, Fujin finds that it is up to him to bring together warriors for the coming storm...

I'll write more detailed biographies, later on, but these are quickies.

Sektor: Tekujin Grandmaster, after losing control of the Lin Kuei, Sektor fled to Japan, where he formed his own clan, the Tekujin, a clan of cyborg ninjas, he desired to conquer Japan with his clan, but were held off by Fujin. Sektor has discovered that Cyrax is in the area and will stop at nothing to kill his old enemy.

Sareena: Demon, she has been living with the Lin Kuei clan, ever since she escaped from the Netherrealm, but when she hears that her love, the original Sub-Zero has returned and desires to conquer the Netherrealm, she must decide whether or not to return to the Netherrealm.

Smoke: Cyborg, having been freed from Noob Saibot's reprogramming, Smoke has been taken back to the Lin Kuei headquarters by Sub-Zero, he is repaired and desires to atone for his deeds as Noob Saibot's servant and secretly desires to reclaim his humanity.

Mavado: Red Dragon leader, he lay on the battlefield dying after a surprise attack from Kabal, who had been thought dead. He was saved, ironically, by Havik, who took him back to the Red Dragon's headquarters. Now healed, Mavado intends to find and prevent Kabal from resurrecting the Black Dragon.

Kabal: Black Dragon leader, Kabal reformed the Black Dragon clan, with Kira as his first pupil. Kabal now desires to strike and take down the rest of the Red Dragon.

Kira: Black Dragon member, having defeated and killed Kobra, Kira finds herself as Kabal's right hand man (er woman).

Reptile: With Onaga's death, Reptile was freed, when he awake, he found himself in his human form once again. With his memories and sanity restored, Reptile now desires to find Shao Kahn and make him pay.

-Raiden: the god of thunder reannounces his elder godhood and leaves the Tribunal of the Gods in disarray. Doing so he descents down to Earth where he reestablishes his foothold within the sanctuaries of the reknown shaolin temples. Under his protective oversight, few crimes would go un-punished, however his duty also calls forth to investigate the loyalty of each of his warriors. Raidens standards are however high, and he must adapt with his current and seemingly fitting role. however, Raiden may not be as clear sighted as he claims himself to be...

-Bo' Rai Cho: as the elderly master is thinking on reannouncing his known violence, he begins to settle with the thoughts of making up for his ferocio-usness and harshness permanently once and for all. But just as his life is beginning to calm down and just as he is about to discover his lifes inner meaning, he is found pursued across Edenia by the knights of Edenia. On-ce on occasion the military leader of the potent nation, now a prey lost in a deathtrap. Bo' Rai Cho and his enigmatic compaignon must flee!

-Scorpion: having been entitled as the Enforcer of the Gods, Scorpions du-ty was broken when he confronted the Dragon Kings asteral manifestation in the Nexus. Guarded by several of short lived tarkatan elite, Scorpion co-uld not subdue Onaga completely. Despite he has broken the astral shell of the beast, the Dragon Kings presence is felt across the world. Scorpion is to investigate this enigma, his mission is even more important as Rai-dens loyalty has been questioned. Also, spectres of past long forgotten ha-ve also returned to haunt the tormented remnants of the Scorpion.

-Shang Tsung: found alive by a miraculous and unforgivably treasonous act, the demon sorcerer retruns to avenge his demise upon those, who remained and refused his onslaught. To do so, the seemingly evil wizard has allied himself with none other than with those, who once would have comissioned his death. Shang Tsungs motives are unclear, but his servi-ce in depserate times is asked by those, who would have fought him previ-ously. Only one thing is for sure: Shang Tsung serves only himself!

-Kung Lao: disillusioned by the lack of provessl and determination he has shown when he fell to the shapeshifter sorcerer Shang Tsung in personal combat, Kung Lao seeks a path separate from struggle and pain. Howe-ver his presence is a necessity in the upcoming tournament, and now the current Kung Lao of the house of Lao puts himself to the test. He must up-hold his honor, even though he believes it has diminished for him.

-Sonya Blade: even though a decade has passed since they first thwarted the invasion of Earthrealm from Outworld, Sonya Blade perceives his alli-es with a critical wiew. In difficult times, she must revalue his ties with tho-se who she calls his friends for the sake of her nations and Earthrealms security. Sonya recognised as a general factor in the armed forces now tru-ly prepares for the coming onslaught. But she must fight internal conflicts as well.

-Quan Chi: perished when the thuinder god released a massive ethereal assault upon themselves and Onaga, Quan Chi finds himself dead in the hells of the nethers. However to his attention a new power has risen in the depths of darkness, and Quan Chi now finds himself in alliance with a war-rior not unfamiliar with his schemings. As his services are now needed to unlock a darker force that could benefit both him and his partner, Quan Chi also seeks revitalization so he could find a body and escape his bounds.

-Blind Kenshi: having been separated from his compaignon Sub-Zero after fending off an assault from the armored seidan warrior known as Hotaru, Kenshi is directed through Outworld to the nearest portals leading him to home. His ancestral swords thoughts echo in his mind and with it's relatively immense wisdom and experience, Kenshi rests and learns abo-ut his ancestry as a Spirit Hunter under the shadows of the ruins of Shang Tsungs fortress Island. There he waits for the person he needs to...see.

-Shao Kahn: the once and absolute ruler of Outworld returns to the battle-fields with a vengeance rarely felt through the realms. Decimating the tar-katan allies of the Dragon King, the shokan led by the warlord himself are about to destroy and rebuild everything from the ashes. Finding new allies and loyal followers, Shao Kahn now aims to conquer. however there is a bewildering change in the dark lord that puzzles his enemies and sends fear through their minds.

-Dairou: the reknown swordsman and mercenary soon realizes the impor-tance of his existence, as his heart suddenly aches at the sight of the dest-ruction the Seidan civil war has coused. Unable to interfere becouse of his current caste and status, and with the lack of charisma to rally those who are willing, Dairou now witnesses his homeland and blood brought to the edge of near extinction. To his horror, his recent contract has been rumo-red to wander the outskirts of Outworld in a state he rather hopes not to be true. For without this only option, Dairou may have ensured the utter dest-ruction of his world, and the end of many other realms.

Hey People i just read all the thread and jeez it took a long time lol.

Intro Video: After the heroes defeated the Dragan King the realised that there was an even greater threat than the late "Dragon King" Ermac Johnny Cage Sonya Jax Lui kang and Kung lao and Shujinko were all celebrating the victory and Ermac was telling them that they had been posessed by the Dragon King. Evrebody is smiling and releived and the atmosphere is calm.

Then a quick cut scene to a Tarkatan being kicked round the head from Sub Zero ( the tension gets high and we are like what the fuk), then cuts back to hte heroes, then back to Sub Zero absoloutely kicking the shit out of the Tarakatan Hordes.A Tarkatan Blade comes before a centimetre of his face but Sub zero Frezes him. After a very vicous slaughter from Sub Zero on the tarkatan he just laughs and walks on.

Then cuts back to the heroes There is a flash of lightning before them and Raiden enters, the Throne room, his face tainted with evil. Shujinko walks over to tell him of his victory over the dragon king. Before he can open his mouth Raiden sends a bolt of lightining right towards his heart . Shujinko strafed and it missed him and hit the wall,the others turn around and dont have a clue what is happening. Shujinko uses the move that Raiden taught him to attack ( the one where he flys horizonitally towrds the oppenant ) Raiden just pulls out his mallet and uppercuts Shukinko. Shujinko stands up slowly but Raiden fires another jolt of lightining towards his heart, this time hitting Shukinko and unfortunatley killing him. The Heroes are confused and stare at Raiden

Raiden says " Anyman who puts Earthrealm in the way of danger will pay for it with his life " Johhny Cage makes the same mistake again and launches a areial kicking attack against Raided bloks and puts Johnny Cage on the Floor and says "Pathetic Mortal, I will spare you for you are a descent warrior and i will need you for the defence of Earthrealm" and throws him back Lui Kang then launches a fire ball, Ermac fires a bolt of energy sonya fires her kiss of death, Raiden just seems to absorb them and just let them out as a shock wave ( not harmful just paralyzes the heroes ) Again he but now he shouts "PATHETIC MORTALS" Suddenly then the wall behind Raiden collapses and there is a lot of rubble and mist.

Out of the mists steps...........KAI, wielding Raidens old Lightnig staff he Attacks Raiden with a thunder bolt. Raiden is caught off Guard and is shoked. Kai dives into combat with him (Narrator: Kai had been training for a long time and learned how to weild the Lightning staff) Kai is beating the shit out of Raiden the others just watch (Paralyzed from the shokwave) when Raiden looks like he is on his last life he conjurs up enough power to teleport. Where? Nobody knows. Then whe here the all famous laugh of SHAO KAHN Alive huh? Havik comes in too then you hear the MORTAL KOMBAAAT shout from the sound track to the film. End

What i am trying to get across is just the old Costumes for the Ninja's when they all looked the same in MK3/ MKT but just made in to 3D!

It will be optional if you choose to have the classic so its would be fine if you didn't like it!

Scorpion could have finally won back his humanity, and returns as Hanzo Hasashi in MK7. Or, they could have other members of the Shirai Ryu clan. So far as I know, we have only seen Lin Kuei.

I totally agree with having a revamped Shinnok back in the fold. I think he was underrated and could be made into a force to be reckoned with.

Id like to see some of the other small time characters return as revamped powerhouses. They did a great job with creating Noob and Ermac for deception, so Im sure they plan to do the same for other characters. Id like to see Rain return. I think they could make him into a really cool character with a new look.

Quan Chi should return, without a doubt. I think he single handedly changed the whole MK storyline. He is such a shady character. He screws everyone over, yet no one can get their hands on him. Its been said that he is strongly associated with the One Being. I dont know if that means he is the lead sorceror for the One Being or an actual vessel. Regardless, the next MK should delve deeper into the history of Quan Chi and his real motives.

Shao Kahn will most deffinetly return. He should get revenge on a select few. Namely, Shang Tsung.

I think MK Armaggedon will be an MK where everyone is fighting against a common threat. I think Quan Chi will be the only real black sheep, who has been working for the One Being all along.

Okay...here's my idea:

Game story:

"At the beginning of time, the elder Gods created minor Gods to look after the realms, and ensure that the one being could never come back to power. Among these Gods, the most powerful was Raiden, the most magnificient creation of the Elder God Shinnok.

In time, Shinnok became very jealous of his "son", desiring the realm that Raiden had been assigned to protect. A battle raged on between Shinnok and Raiden for millions of years, until finally, with the help of the other Elder Gods, Raiden defeated the once Noble Shinnok. It was obvious to the elder Gods, that the one being had corrupted Shinnok. After stripping Shinnok of his power and casting him into the bowels of hell, the Elder Gods sealed themselves away from creation, in order to prevent another one of them from being tempted by the One Being.

Raiden protected his realm accordingly over millions of years, protecting his realm from Outworld and Netherealm threats. Under his leadership the forces of Earth fended off Outworld demi-god Shao Kahn, and his hordes. Unfortunately, Raiden's faith in his humans was shaken by a series of events that resulted in the return of the Dragon King. With no where else to turn he turned to the only being powerful enough to help him take down Onaga....Shinnok.

I have assembled you, warriors of Earth, to fight what may very well be a losing battle. With Onaga, Raiden, Shinnok, and the newly re-surfaced Shao Kahn, The odds are against us. We will be strong though and persevere."

bring back Sektor and Cyrax!

Sektor should come back with cyrax. Cyrax could be the same as he was in MKDA but with more fatalities. His one in MKDA should stay. Then have on where he uses his bomb to blow up the opponent.

Liu Kang: His soul and body merged once more and with the help of Ermac and Shujinko, he defeats Onaga. But another threat has come, Raiden. Now Liu Kang vows to stop Raiden from destroying Earth.

Hanzo Hasashi/Scorpion: Ressurected by Ermac as repayment for defending him against Onaga, he now goes off to find Ermac once more and beg for him to ressurect his family, while kicking Quan Chi's ass along the way.

Ermac: Helped Liu Kang free his friends from the mind control and grants people's wishes. He however senses another danger and decides to protect Earthrealm although it isn't his native realm.

Sub-Zero: Helped protect Earthrealm, Sub-Zero now travels to help Liu Kang against the One Being Raiden.

Raiden: Bad-ass god now turned One Being! BOSS!

Noob-Frost-Smoke: Noob-Smoke venture to the Netherrealm to find a scared Frost, who joins them.

Shujinko: Survived Raiden's attack and now currently helping Liu Kang.

EVIL KANG: Raiden brainwashes Kang to become the ONE BEING! Actual BOSS!

"NOOOOOO" i screamed as Sub Zero Kenshi and my allyand only way to rule all realms escaped from the netherrealm. I jumped into the portal that lead to Earthrealm. This was strange. I was not in Earthrealm. I was in outworld! Some powerful sorcerer must have done something to it. I wondered Outworld, looking for something to help me. One day during my quest to get back to the netherrealm I encountered a very powerful Tarkata who had a bloodsatined outfit. This tarkata told me his name. "Baraka, the powerful leader of the tarkatan race!" he said
He told me he had a trader to his race who was called "Mileena" I had heard of a tarkata named Baraka before and knew he was an ally to kahn. I told him that I'd help him get back to camp if he let me meet Kahn. I knew that Shao Kahn must have known a way for me to get back to the netherrealm with Smoke. His answer had shocked me. tarkatas are not usually the type to ask for help but in this case he needed all the help he could get. Then he told me that he was no longer an ally to Kahn but an enemy. Instead he made an offer I could not refuse. He was so desperate for help he told me that I could control part of his Tarkatan army. An army of tarkatan warriors were perfect for my plan. He was a tarkata of his word. He gave me half of the army. I soon learned that Smoke and the others came to Outworld. As soon as I captured Smoke I would have two armies and destroy Baraka.

I had done it. The darkness that had corrupted me, that had tainted my very being...I had conquered it. I had been changed, of course. I was colder now, more stoic. I would kill an enemy without a second thought. But no longer would I be tempted to turn against my allies. I had soon become a valued member of the forces of good under Princess Kitana and Queen Sindel. I could not wait to tell master Bo' Rai Cho of what I had accomplished. Surely he would pleased. However, that was not to be.

It was soon after that I learned that he was gone; killed in a cowardly surprise attack by the Tarkatan warrior known as Baraka. I could not believe it. The one who rescued me, the one who had helped me stop myself from straying towards the path of darkness was no more. And I wept. But soon, my grief faded. We were to lead an attack on what remained of Onaga's army. My eyes flickered, both with anger and excitement. Baraka would surely be a part of that army. I would make it a point to meet him. My teacher, my mentor, was gone. And soon, the head of his murderer would be mine.

I had died. My soul was used to power the mad sorcerer Shang Tsung. After his death, I was to depart towards the Heavens. However, it was not to be. My body had been resurrected and had caused havok. I delayed my trip to the afterlife in order to stop my physical form. Sadly, that meant it's destruction. The battle was long and grueling but in the end, my ethereal essence emerged the victor and so, I was about to leave for my place in the afterlife. Fate can be funny.

I witnessed as my friends, and Kitana as well, were broken from their spell. I watched as they fought valiantly against the enemy. They failed. Most, thankfully, were knocked unconcious. One, however, was not so lucky. I watched two warriors, Mileena and Tanya, approach Kitana sadistically. I had to do something. And so, my spirit raced towards the form of the now deceased warrior: Kitana's friend Jade. I was reborn, in more ways than one. And thankfully, with Kitana not taking long to recover, I was able to drive off the two evil women. I have not had the heart to tell Kitana about what happened, both to Jade and to me, but I will always be at her side. There to protect her, Edenia, and Earthrealm from any who would seek to cause them harm.

"AHHHHHHH" screamed the trader Mileena as I decapitated her. I left the beetle lair badly injured. I tried to get back to the tarkata territories but I was too wounded. I laid on the ground for what felt like an eternity until a mighty warrior named Noob Saibot came. He had heard of me and asked if he could speak to Kahn. I told him I did not serve the emporer but made another deal. I was not thinking at all when i told him he could control part of my army. While he took me back to camp I thought of a brillian plan. As soon as he captured Smoke I would kill him with my Tarkatan forces. I would soon rule outworld with the most fierce army in the realms. I would control,not only the tarkatas, but the cyborgs as well.

It was not long ago that Kabal had recruited me to join his newly resurrected Black Dragon. My ruthlessness had impressed him, he said. I had heard of the Black Dragon, of course. They were a joke. Their previous leader, Kano, was a groveling buffoon. However, Kabal seemed different. I jumped at his offer and pledged my loyalty immediately. He had also recruited another: an American martial artist named Kobra. And at his command, the two of us fought.

I emerged victorious. His death by my blades was truly a satisfying experience. However, I must question my "great leader". This Kobra was a joke. A petty murderer. Why bother recruiting somebody like him? Kabal says he wants to spread anarchy and chaos. I think he's full of it. The Black Dragon should be about power and fear. And if Kabal can't realize this, then I'm afraid I'll have to take care of things on my own.

Story:
With Havik resurrecting dead warriors, thus the revival of the Black Dragon and the Red Dragon, Chaos is ensuing all over the world. Stryker is given orders by his superiors to kill all criminals involved, taking no prisoners. Stryker accepts the orders not knowing that he would later come into conlfict when he realizes that the warrior Kabal is the new leader of the Black Dragon. Kabal and Stryker fought together with the other Chosen Warriors during Shao Kahn's invasion of Earth. Stryker is stuck with the descision of either obeying orders and killing a friend or disobeying orders and letting a violent criminal go free.

If this is MK Trilogy like everyone said it was then it will have every single character from MK4, MK5, and MK6.
