Mortal Kombat Armageddon For Wii Slipcover Unveiled!

The entire slipcover for the case of the Wii version of Mortal Kombat: Armageddon has been revealed as Total Mortal Kombat posts the PAL version of the game! There are some notable changes for the boxart, as the back cover now features five gameplay images from the Wii version of the game along with the standard Wii tutorial image underneath the screenshot. Of special note, one of these five images features the first in-game shot of the exclusive character for the console, Khameleon! While the image is small and the details hard to see, it does appear Khameleon will retain the same colour changing properties as her male counterpart.

So Khameleon is officially the female Chameleon. She will have moves from all of the female ninjas and her outfit will turn the appropriate colors. I'm guessing she has moves from Kitana, Mileena, Jade, and Tanya (confirmed). Am I missing any?

Press start on the character at the select screen, make sure the alt. is unlocked.

Great,now Khameleon is just as un-original as MKA Chameleon is. Sucks they took a good character and made her a Ninja Clone.

She honestly looks fine and I wasn't expecting them to do anything fantastic regarding her moveset. I'm sure she'll take a special from Frost as well.

Somehow, I knew you were going to make another nasty remark.

Anyway, even though I'm glad they put her in, I'm not too pleased about her being a "female Chameleon". Then again, I'm not really surprised at all that they went with that as I'm sure they were focusing more on the control scheme with the Wiimote. I hope her story will be at least decent, and we can say for sure that Chameleon is a Saurian. I do have to wonder if they are trying to imply that Tanya is a female ninja-type character, because if so, I find that rather weird and stupid.

Whatever the case, if Tanya would be considered a female Ninja, then Khameleon should also have Frost's moveset...
She looks as expected. Hope her storyline is more creative than other characters' storyline...

It still doesn't make sense for Khameleon to be using Tanya's moves as Tanya was never and still isn't a female ninja character. There's nothing been anything Ninja-like about her...(at least in regards to some of the qualities/characteristics that are generally and usually incorrectly associated with the Ninja).

Chameleon's bio isn't out yet. The assumption of Chameleon being a Saurian is that Khameleon is a Saurian and she looks like a female version of him, so he is most likely one as well.

What exactly did people expect from Chameleon and Khameleon?

In MKT, they were both nothing more than an auto-morphing "all-ninja". They didn't have their own appearances like Shang Tsung, and there was nothing original about them AT ALL. They were the epitome of a pallete swap - and it was swapping over and over within each match.

Now they have slightly distinct looks, and in Khameleon's case more moves... and somehow "good" characters got butchered?

Ugh. I didn't like her being a mere "female Chameleon". Altough it was very predictable that she would be like that, I still had some faith that she would end up looking as a saurian. Wonder if she can shot that fireball from air, like Tanya.

Whatever. I'm only interested in her storyline. And judging for her look, either Chameleon can be considered a saurian now or her story will be completely retconed to make her as useless as her male counterpart.

I seriously laugh every time I hear the name, or someone calls them self a "Khameleon FAN" I have a hard time believing that all these people fell in love with her playing the crappy N64 version of Trilogy and prayed for years that she was included in every MK game leading up to Armageddon
