We all know Smoke is for sure going to be in MKD. Ive read some post on this thread and sounds like most you guyz wanna see the cyborg smoke!...well that would just suck if they did that!, first of all they said classic characters from MK 1 to MK 3, I dont care what anyone has found out or heard but there will be a cyborg ninja for sure in MKD but it wont be smoke! I mean shit, doesnt everyone remember playing against the classic human smoke in MK 2. Ever since I fought him I thought nothin could be cooler then to play as him. I think the human smoke should defently have scorpions "get over here" spear thing. And a invicible banish thing like reptile had in MK2.

Smoke cyborg would kick Smoke Ninjas ASS. Because his moves were way better. The Ninja wouldn;t have the same moves. Like the bombs and that spear type thing out of his chest. But he's neither so wonder wat midway has instore hopefully his alternate suit is the cyborg.

No, she did not. She lived, and became one of the great heroes of MK.

Who cares whether Jade died. If they can bring back Johnny Cage, (in my opinion the most crappy character ever since MKT) and they can bring back Liu Kang (in ghost form... ooooo spooky), and they can bring back Mileena, then I dont think it would be any trouble getting Jade back into the story even if she is dead.
Speaking of Liu Kang, I really hope he stays dead and doesnt come back as a ghost, because I think it's a)cheap and b)like going back to the old days, and whilst in a way thats good, this is a new generation of MK (I can actually play it legally now) and killing off the main character was a bold decision, I think its a bit sad if they have to go back on what theyve done.

The cyborg on the select screen has to be smoke. They never even mentioned sektor. They mentioned smoke and that has to be him. They probly havent even started on working on sektor, if hes in the game. Ill bet $1,000 that the cyborg on the select screen is smoke.

I doubt Shang Tsung's playable. Since Liu Kang's confirmed to be playable, and Shang stole his soul at the beginning of MK: DA, I'd suspect that either Kung Lao (or Kenshi) killed him or left him wounded and weak enough to make him lose his grip on the souls he had collected, which is pretty much the same as the above. Quan Chi *could* be playable, or he could not. Shang's dependency on souls to keep him young and empowered is his weakness. Quan Chi has none, and is too wily to be killed by the forces of Earth. So, he'll either show up allied (although under false pretenses) with the Dragon King, or he'll lie low until the conflict's over, so he could strike out on all sides while they're weakened.

I have to say that the character list looks interesting, to say the least. But does anybody else find it highly suspect that Kung Lao has yet to be confirmed? I am really hoping that Boon and Co. did not raise Liu Kang from the dead at the expense of Kung Lao. Liu Kang was good, and he had his run, but IMO Kang couldn't make a pimple on Kung Lao's ass.
