MWGD: New GameCube Deception and Shaolin Monks Images!

While at Midway Gamers Day, we went ahead and took several photographs of the show floor, the trailer and presentations from the upcoming Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks and gameplay from the GameCube port of Mortal Kombat: Deception! Some of these images are not too clear, but some provide some never-before-seen choice information, such as Goro and Shao Kahn's bios from MK: Deception! Click on the thumbnails to see the full-sized images.

Stay tuned, official Midway assets as well as our final impressions to come!

Hmmm not much thought has been put into the alt costumes but wot the hell, the alt bio's kick ass I think..

I like how the Centaurs are no longer in favour and that Goro is back to hurt people, tres good.

Well, great pictures, but I dont understand one little thing...

WHY they make Shao Kahn render look like MK2 / MK3 if he will not use this costume in the game? The bios, show costumes tottaly different.

Waste of time, in my opinion.

Hey... there are two videos shown during the Shaolin Monks presentation...
The first one narrates the story transaction from MK1 to MK2.... the second one shows the gameplay....

The second one is released on GameSpot.com.... When will the first one gonna be released....??? Hope the fellow remember to make it available as the second one....

I assume you mean the presentation video we posted with Ed and Shaun narrating. As far as I know, that first video is not released anywhere; the only place we've personally seen it is at Gamers Day during that presentation. I imagine it would become available at some point in the next few months, though when that will be exactly is anybody's guess.
