I tried earlier today to get get that actually with no luck. I really have no answer for that. Maybe somehow you can get there by a warp or something. Or it could be the mk team just put it there out of reach just to piss everybody off...

I've noticed that too. I'm also interested in the portal looking thing they call the tempest (I think). In one loading screen, it shows Shujinko standing right beside it looking up at it. However, I've found no way to get that close to it. There are also a couple of people in that realm that mention it when you talk to them. One says something about it holding this realm together. Another says that this realm used to be much like the others until a cleric unleashed the tempest. I really think there could be something to this thing.

In orderrealm there is the glitch at h-5 that lets you walk on air. Does anyone know if there is such a glitch in chaosrealm that could lead to getting to this coin?

Does anyone have any info on this, it is driving me crazy that I can't reach it.

go read one of the krypt guides. they tell you where to unlock everyone. and to answer your question. no there are no other unlockable characters in chaosrealm other than Havik.
