it kind of looks like Fujin. i know fujin's fighting style needs the fighter to stand up straight- unlike the guy from the pic. i know ther's a really weak chance that's fujin, but then again fujin's armur looked kind of like that, and he was always into those old weapons like the bow. he has the same haircut as hotaru. could be either one.

Maybe it's just some random from Hotaru's realm. Like a soilder or something.
