i was thinking about besides of more realistic combat such as ripped clothing , limping characters, broken bones or theeth and cuts and bruises all over thebody, the inclusion of supers in the battles, i mean as in other games the characters should be able of filling a special bar which when its all fulled up they can perform a super power o a bad assed combo, what do you guys think???

Good ideas! I don't really want to see the super bars in MK though! I don't want it to turn into Street fighter! Besides, MK doesn't really need them. It's gotten along fine without them.

They are good ideas man! As good as super bars would be, I personally would not want them in MK. I believe they destroyed Street fighter and MK does not need them. They're too common in fighters and MK has always been unique. I'd like it to retain that uniqueness by not having super bars! It's only my opinion.

Actually, I think some super moves could be implemented in to MK and not have the street fighter feel to them.
For example
Rayden could have a close up super move similar to his Shocker hold in MK2, but he would hold you, and electrocute you then there would be an explosion of light and the opponent goes flying with a lightning bolt still stuck to them, like an umbilical cord. If you are close to a wall, the opponent would fly and slam on the wall with the lightning still flowing on him like the ghost busters gun. the opponent would slide up the wall and hold for a couple seconds, then the lightning would stop and the opponent would fall to the ground.

Ermac could do a magic lift and the opponent would go Very very high, then Ermac would to a magic pull and slam them hard as hell to the ground.
If there is a ceiling, Ermac will do the magic lift and slam them against the ceiling, then slam them to the ground.
there is a lot of stuff that could be done like this that can be used for super moves and not feel like a street fighter super.
You don't need a super bar to do this stuff, it might be something that can be one just 1 time per round, or like a desperation move when you are low on life.

I think MK is cool with the R1 powerup,it's better than rubbing buttons.

I don't think MK needs 'super' charged moves. The one (but thankfully back to two now) ultra-special move they have is the fatality - which has it's own aura about it cus it happens at the end of the fight. All the characters already have special moves (Sub Zero's freeze, Scorpion's spear etc) I don't think that adding one 'super' move for the fight would be advantageous to the series. Leave that for SF...

Yeah, I think they are KICKASS ideas aswell! But, I don't think they quite fit. Also, they're horrible ideas. But they're still great!

I agree with the ripped clothing, bruises, cuts and wounds, etc. but the super bar thing just wouldn't fit into MK gameplay well. It belongs in other fighting games.
