That weapon is about the only thing me and Chrome can agree on! Anything past that is void!

The Ninja-To would simply make him out to be a bad Ninja stereotype. It's more befitting for Scorpion. Both Scorpion and Chameleon have a Ninja-To anyway. We don't need another character with one, especially not Noob Saibot.
The Kunai is pretty much the same thing.

Your explanations as to why you feel Monkey is a "dorky" style are idiotic. What's wrong with the style being based off of movements of a monkey?
So a solid style of martial arts means something that's common? That's stupid and a lame excuse as to why he shouldn't use Monkey. Mi Tzu isn't a common style, so I guess by your definition, it's not a solid style either?
Kenpo does fit Sonya, but I like Tae Kwon Do for her best, and I'm glad she has it. There are other unarmed styles that would fit her nicely.
Shinto Ryu: Yes, it is my opinion. Noob using a style like that doesn't fit him. It's too rigid and not mobile enough. A style like Monkey has great agility and mobility.
I never said a certain martial art as to become exclusive to a particular person. Like I said, there are some characters like Sonya, who has several styles that could fit her nicely.
So I'm not so one-track minded like you think I am. It's just that you fail to use logic in your reasoning due to lack of knowledge, as can clearly be shown how you trash Monkey style Kung Fu.
