His skin should be dark as shown in the above pic in this thread's first post. Its always been that way. I think creating him in an alt with white skin is a major loop hole and just serves to confuse an already convoluted MK history. Unless they explain that noob saibot has the ability to turn his skin dark to mask himself in the shadows. It could be one of his special moves in MKD.

Ultimateryu- Thats a good explaination. If they incorporated some kind of story like that in his stroyline explaining his "ability to blend in with the shadows, as one of his powers" then i wouldnt mind it. But if they just have him with human skin without telling us why, then thats terrible. The only gripe i have with your theory is that ability being incorporated in his move set as a special. I rather him have his black skin as the main costume and the human skin as the alt... with a reason why.

If we use MK4, he has a grim reaper style scythe. However, we must remember that his alternate in MK4 was unmasked, showing him as a weird skull faced-grey skinned dude, which he obviously ain't in MKD.

To be fair, Noob's skin was pale white in MK trilogy. And honestly, I much prefered that skin shade over the tropical tan he has now. I think the cold white skin suited him well.

I'm with you guys on this. Although his alt costume looks sweet, I liked it better when it was the black shade. I had to edit my fanfiction to work in his MKD skin color. Originally, I explained his appearance in saying that he was a mortal who entered the netherealm in service to Shinnock, but since his physical form wasn't powerful enough to withstand the enviroment over the course of decades, his flesh began to evolve into a more durable jet black matter. Noob plays a big part in my story, and it wasn't easy crossing all that storyline out. But I don't mind, because all in all, Mortal Kombat Atrocities is just a huge tribute to all the obscure characters.

That's an awesome idea for Noob's origins and his evolution. Though your description of Noob in MKT doesnt seem to fit. I remember him being all black in it.
