Meh i dont care for the special forces characters, Jax and Sonya are boring already, i just hope Cyrax and Kenshi don't turn out as boring after a few games in the special forces.
If Cyrax stays in the special forces he will probably come up against red or black dragons or possibly sektor maybe if he decides to take over Japan or something.
The things is, being in a group restricts your actions to what your leader tells you. And special forces only defend earthrealm. Bit boring if you ask me.
If Cyrax were to leave the special forces, perhaps trying to help Sektor (possibly trying in vain), or to reignite something with Nitara or Reptile, or even possibly Sub-Zero, that would IMO be more interesting then what he's doing now.
I think Sektor has more potential because he is a open palette (is that the right expression ???). Because of his long absence, and now due to the tekunin he has power. With this power he has potential to do lots of things, again IMO more than Cyrax will have if he stays with the special forces.
P.S. Im not a particulary big Sektor fan, just an avid Special Forces hater!!

I think Cyrax should some how wind up fighting Sektor, to me that would be icing on the cake and ironic speaking as how they were once built for the same reason, now they're on opposite sides of the twisted plot and should fight to the death IMO.
We will see what happens.

Cyrax used to be my favorite cyborg, until Sector returned. Then Smoke blew Sector out of the water, so Cyrax is no. 3 for me.

Cyrax has just gotten pretty dull lately. I don't know why, but he's gotten to be my least favorite cyborg. I liked the little three way plot he had with Nitara and Reptile. I hope it is continued in this game, but to a much fuller, violent extent. A fued with Reptile needs to be started. I think it would be pretty interesting, and Nitara egging it all on.
His costume needs to be more militaristic. Like the OIA has totally revamped him with the latetest technology. I don't wanna see the human/cyborg thing again, that had to be the lamest alternate costume in MK:DA. As for his alternate in A, I don't wanna see his old costume, only one of the three need it.
Bring the net back! The grenades should be thrown as far as you hold down the button. Hold it for a second, short distance. Hold it for five, long distant. I think it would be cool for him to have saw blades, maybe that can be shot out. His fatality was awesome, just give him another cool one like that and everything's fine. No more Star Wars, though! He needs a cool weapon, not a lightsaber (cool for ST, not MK). Mandarin Coin Blades are a nice chinese weapon to accompany his heritage.

A cool level for Cyrax would be like a vehicle storage area for the OIA with tanks and jeeps you could be smashed into and maybe even explosives.

I don't know, I like Cyrax's storyline to be honest.Some hate it or are disappointed by it but I like it a lot.Got to go now, I have more to say later

Concerning your point with his weapon lol I don't think it was like Star Wars it looked like a light saber though, but honestly to me didn't make the sounds like one lol.Looked like it was apart of him to be honest man but I think they should change his weapon thought.Give him like you mentioned some kind of saw blade or an electric Machette.I think that would be cool.
Or, what nobody mentioned yet Japanese Yuri.It's a spear like weapon, a long stick with a sharpened end.They could make it futuristic looking with a yellow trim.
Also, Cyrax's story had lots of potential.I don't believe it's boring, it's good to hear that he's good to be honest man.I like it unlike when he was bad.
I didn't like that as much.I was like Cyrax and Sektor=same thing basically only different colors with different moves, but now they're totally different look wise, storyline wise and overall.
Well, he does look military like with the fnacy new flashing lights on him now, he looks a bit futuristic compared to his MK3/UMK3 look to me totally.
I agree with you concerning his alternate although if everyone has 2 costumes have his 2 from MK:DA come back with a totally new one all together.Say an alternate Skin tight uniform with yellow trim on them, have him wear the same helmet/mask as his default with a few changes though, perhaps his mask can be black and yellow or have his helmet be yellow wiht his mask silver, reverse the colors from his original colors on his mask with the rest of him black, skin tight with slight changes with the default look to him from his # 1 costume.

Ok, well we have seen Sektor but what about Cyrax now?He HAS to have his Net back for sure along with his bombs and probably his meat grinder move as well.
Well, who knows?He might even have his teleport back.It wouldn't surprise me to be honest.Well, since we saw Sektors upgrades recently, why not discuss Cyrax's as well.He can't be far behind and I'm hoping they show some Cyrax footage in this years E3.
