When watching to E3 fighting videos i notice sometimes when a character hits another one...they show a cartooney red bloch...like something from the old old batman and robins where it shows up a cloud that says "POW!" or "SMACK!"...i think this looks really corney and dumb. i hope they take this out. does anyone else know what i mean?

Your talking about the hit exposions? Yeah I don't like the either, thay have not been a part of MK before and I don't think they fit into MK at all, they should stay in Tekken. I also hope they are removed.

That red bloch is suppose to represent blood or energy/impact. Soul Calibur, Tekken, and Virtua Fighter all have that. If it was removed, it'd look really bad.

I noticed that too, it does look stupid and they should take it out. But if they are gonna keep it, it should at least look more real and not so cartoony like you said

Btw, you should change the title of this to something like: "Does anyone else dislike the hit explosions?" They don't like vague thread titles.

I kinda like it. When I first heard about it I thought it was stupid idea, but I just watched the Konquest videos and they didn't bother me. Infact, They look more like blood splashes than anything and after you draw blood... it kinda makes since to me, but thats my opinion.
