Look at Prince of Persia - Sands of Time. I just stared playing that on Xbox. One Word... GORGEOUS. If anyone else has played it, please chime in.

It is a graceful game that is TOTALLY immersive. Full Video Renderings cutscenes. Huge Levels with great detail. Some of the cutscenes are not video renderings but rendered in the engine itself.

Fighting is totally graceful and amazingly simple.

Very little loading time between levels and starting up.
If they can do it For this one, they can do it for MK6

Wrd4lfe, in your first post, you supported FMVs, and I thank you for adding to the support.

Just take it easy, will you? You don't have to post in all caps.

As we get closer and closer to MKD's release, I have a better feeling that there just may be FMV character endings in MKD.

And if I'm wrong, there's going to be a lot of disappointed MK fans!!

FMV character endings in MKD!

I was disapointed in mkda, when you finished the game you would just get pretty pictures.
I WANT FMV ENDINGS !!!!!!!!!!!

It doesn't need to be CGI or FMV they are too expensive to produce and midway doesn't have that sort of budget, i agree that the endings should be animated, using the game engine would be a better choice and most likly the way The MK team would do them, that's if they choose to do animated endings.

All we can do is ask that Midway puts Full-Motion Video endings in Mortal Kombat Deception!

I'm not saying that they couldn't do it. i'm saying that they proberly dont have the budget to do it, it costs thousands of dollars to produce one CGI/FMV intro,ending etc, dont forget we maybe talking at least 20+ endings, plus the intro, their budget proberly doesn't go that far that's why they should use the game engine no different than a cgi or fmv it's still animated and wont cost the earth to do.

How do you know what Midway's budget is? Perhaps their FMV staff has gotten a lot larger this time around for Deception? Maybe it doesn't cost as much as you think to make FMV endings.

The thing is, when you want to get something done, you try your best to get it done.

That's all I'm asking Midway to do.

Remember, MK fans, the point is, we want Full-Motion Video endings for every MK character!

Not just FMVs. The opening movie in MKDA was an FMV.

What we want are FMV character endings! Meaning, when you beat the game, it's not a 10-second text and picture run, but, hopefully a 60-second or more Full-Motion Video!

OK, Someone mentioned this before but I can't remember but I'll say it anyhow...

If they can't fit all the characters Endings in FMV, Then come with another Disc in which either you get a code on disc one and you go to disc 2 and type the code in to watch the FMV or even better - once you complete it on disc one you save it (on PS2 Memory card or even better the XBOX Hard drive) - load in disc 2 and then it is there

BUT if they dont have time to do this can't they make them downloadable off the game - ONLINE - DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT Anyone?

BRI-LIANT but i think they should like u say have 2 disc's and the second disc should be like KHANS TREASURE remember that and they can have a shti load of stuff including FMV ENDINGS and more stuff like that. what do u think??

I like the 2nd disc idea for fmv--seems a bit unrealistic--(and not very immediate, unfortunately)--but almost worthwhile. It wouldn't need a password, however--that means that anybody could see any ending by finding the pw online. A simple save on the memory profile would suffice.

How about they just keep everything that they can on ONE disc?

And as far as online content goes, forget it. Not everyone is going to be using the online services. It's not fair to them.

We just wish for Full-Motion Video endings for all of the characters, including hidden characters, in MKD!

With all of the extra stuff going into MKD, I wonder if they really have time for FMV character endings.

However, this is MK, and I expect them to cover all the basis and then some!

Unless we, the fans, are not heard, FMV character endings may not make an appearance in future MK games!
